Mosque approved in 5-0 Kennesaw City Council vote

So if I'm wrong what is your logic?
You are inventing what ifs and expecting me to respond? Discuss the topic in real terms and I dont mind getting involved but otherwise it holds no interest for me.

It can not happen in the United States. I suspect it can't in the EU countries either.

I'm guessing what you're seeing is nothing more than the pains of integrating a different culture into European societies We've done it several times in our history. It's a long term good thing despite the growing pains.

Why do you say it can't happen? Of course it can happen. I'm not saying it will happen, but it would not be the first nation to reverse course. Including once a couple of hundred years ago in the US.

The sharia bill calls for Islamic blasphemy laws — the criminalization of speech that offends or insults — who, exactly? Well, that is up to the enforcer, is it not? - See more at: Sharia in America: Democrats and Muslim Legislators seek to criminalize free speech | Pamela Geller, Atlas Shrugs
And Geller is right. These 'hate speech' laws have been used by Muslim groups everywhere so that any criticism pf Islam or Shariah law will be defined, by them, as "Hate Speech". The accused can be tied up in courts for years defending themselves from these charges, which pretty much silences criticism of any aspect of Islam.

Those pushing the law have to know this, which will make the process quite interesting. I doubt it will ever pass.

No it doesnt. It calls on the NTIA to update a report from 1993. "To require the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to update a report on the role of telecommunications, including the Internet, in the commission of hate crimes."

It does no such thing. First it deals with hate crime - not hate speech. Second it mandates and ALREADY EXISTING report with more current information.

Here is the entire text of the bill. Read it yourself - and not getting your information second hand from Pamela Geller who apparently doesn't know how to read - and then tell me again what it has to do with Sharia law.

You can scream that you wish to stay blind and deaf to attempts to bring Muslim law to the US, but give it time.

Again, limiting speech. Clear 1st amendment attack.

Passing is not the first priority. They are doing this to find the cracks in the system.

They don't have to be members of ISIS in order to be influenced by ISIS. How do you think ISIS is recruiting Muslim men from around the world?

That is functionally equivalent to my statements. If mine are nonsense - and they are - so is this.

You can scream that you wish to stay blind and deaf to attempts to bring Muslim law to the US, but give it time.

Who's screaming? What Geller is saying is simply not supported by the text of the legislation she's complaining about. If you want to get all riled up over someone else's stupidity have at it.

To do what?

i have a feeling you havent read this bill and are giving this ****ing crazy woman 100% of your trust.
