It is very rare that a family member finds the perp before the police. But I could see a father, grandfather or brother carrying out that punishment.
I can only remember one case in particular here in Idaho that a husband caught up with the guy who raped his wife and killed him. But that was some 30 years ago.

If she was a relative of mine I would find a way directly or indirectly. I know we should not advocate vigilantism but in a case like this I really want nothing else in life but to see him die painfully. At that point life would be meaningless to me.

Same for me. I recognize what lack of value my life would have to me at that point. And I recognize how scary my anger would be. Idk if it would matter to me if the police found out before me.

See this is definitely one of those open shut death penalty cases IMO. Find them, sentence them to death and the world is a better, safer place. A person like this can't be fixed IMO.

To the contrary. I bring up the fact that people like you NEVER talk about the black victims in this country on an almost daily basis. If anything its people like YOU that refuse to discuss the black victims in this country, choosing only to focus on the right kinds of crimes with the right kinds of perpetrators. You are lying.
