Someone needs to review this. I am having a very hard time seeing a police officer use an against policy choke hold resulting in someone's death and he ends up facing no charges.

I think technically he didn't commit a crime? Either that, or there's something screwy with that grand jury decision.

Also, if he technically didn't, then the law needs changed so he technically would if he ever does that **** again. Or anyone else does.

Unsure of the exact legality, but I think he did. One would assume that if a police officer used an against policy choke hold on a suspect resulting in the suspect's death then there is a charge there even if it boils down to a lesser charge at some other date. Involuntary manslaughter (or some other similar charge.) The compelling factor was the choke hold. The argument becomes the policy regarding them.
