Satanic Temple display approved for Florida Capitol

Which is pretty much an admission of what I said. There was no one here to needle so you went some random place, quoted some random people and responded to them instead.
To be fair, comments on news articles tend to offer an opportunity to point and laugh at the freaks

No no, I didn't say I picked those posts because of outrage, I picked them because they were stupid. There is no outrage in telling satanists to find out what day Satan was born in and celebrate that day. That's just plain stupid. There is no outrage in a guy saying Satanism and Christianity are both full of ****. There's not even much outrage in asking people on the internet to find out who did this and post their address. That's just, laughable. I guess the NAMBLA one could be considered outrage, if one ignores the fact that this guy thought NAMBLA was a religious group of some sort. Again, X Factor, your hurt feelings that someone is laughing at the stupid things some Christians say does not really get much traction when from the beginning they were posted cause of how funny they were and not because of a lack of outrage. Hell, I didn't even read anything other than the OP before posting. Now, if you've got nothing to add, I suggest you move along, maybe you could respond to some of my posts about your "evolutionist quote". ;)

So do comments on forum threads about searching the net looking for the outrage that's missing here (so far).

I know you didn't say it. It was obvious.

Just saving this. You have a tendency to completely retool your replies.

You think you have the ability to hurt my feelings? That would mean I give some sort of **** about what you say. I learned better when you took a demonstrably false position in a thread about the Arizona immigration bill then fled the thread when you couldn't respond - likely to go look for something random on the Internet you felt more comfortable replying to.

X, you make it seem as if that was last week when I barely even recollect that thread. It was what? 2-3 years ago? That you're still savoring it is pretty funny. I guess it's par for a Cowboy's fan? Always remembering the last time they won something even if it was years ago. I guess it also makes up for the beating you took 3 days ago over your quotes on by an evolutionary biologist who just so happened to be a devout Christian.

True, it was awhile ago. I was pretty new and that was my first impression of you, so yeah, it left an indelible Hatuey shaped print. Plus I can't help but find it amusing when you lecture others about "being schooled" or admitting when they're wrong.

Let's just leave the Cowboys out of this.

I guess it also makes up for the beating you took 3 days ago over your quotes on by an evolutionary biologist who just so happened to be a devout Christian.

What beating? Several of your atheist brethren said it was absolutely possible to believe in a creator and evolution. Are you saying they're wrong? I don't know if Conklin was Christian. Someone quoted him as saying that he didn't believe in Adam and Eve. Is it you're contention that he couldn't be an evolutionist if he believed in a creator? Besides all that, do you dispute the quote about the astromonical odds of life occurring by accident?

I'll have to take your word for it as I have a free range butt
The common shape of butt plugs is that they tend to have a circular bezel which then tapers down to a narrower gauge, that way the butt hole, when it closes as its prone to has a bit of a handle.

The end of the butt plug you grab, I'll admit is not accurately represented in the pic. Generally the base is quite large to avoid accidentally putting the whole thing in there and then having to go to the hospital.

Now butt plugs can come in many shapes and sizes from popular super hero's or in many cases religious figures. But the end purpose is the same. It trains the butt hole to be able to open a bit wider so that a dick or other object can fit in.

An alternative use for a butt plus is in domination play where the butt plug is a symbol of submission.

Personally this sort of implement isn't my thing, I have some rather interesting friends in RL so I get to learn all sorts of neat things :)

I can understand the desire Satanists have to protest the birth of Christ, but it's a little pointless 2000 years after the fact. Just sayin'.

Freedom of religion, like freedom of speech, doesn't exist just to protect things you agree with.

On the one hand I'm glad to see people standing up and making the point that freedom of religion means treating all religions equally. On the other hand though, I think it would mean more of the people doing it were sincere in their beliefs, and it doesn't seem like they are.

The responses at the Blaze are the kicker:

 :lamo

Absolute gold.

That second one that expects a divine intervention in the form of a lightning that would hit the Satanic temple is not gold, but pure platinum!

Yes I suppose you are right..Satanism is a cult of filth..why ever would they be allowed to promote it to children?

I bet they say the same to other religions. Further, not only all religions have been throwing filth at each other, but they are equally lying about there positions and are thus groundless. :)

They are also making the point that this country is not tied to a specific religion

Maybe it shouldn't have been but this was probably the last thing I expected you to say.
Not sure what you've read of mine that would make my sentiment surprising. No biggie though.

They might have a legal right to do so, but that doesn't make it any less childish. Satanists are your trolls of the religious sphere.

So what? The whole point is that *NO* religious group should be able to have a display on public property and if one gets to do it, all get to do it. When there are no more religious displays of any kind, then you won't have to worry about the "trolls".

I don't want the government attacking or preventing my rights to religious expression, wouldn't want to wish that upon the satanists either.

But you don't have a right to express your religion on public property. Nobody is saying you can't do it on property that you own, you cannot do it on property owned by everyone.
