Lol overreact much? This country is far from becoming a theocracy. Right now I have a much greater chance of dying in a car accident or due to crime for me to worry about things that are less likely to happen to me than winning the lottery. Use some math and logic and not charged emotions from your past

I certainly won't support giving up freedoms for such a small danger.

You have yet to present any argument that can be considered rational.

Everything you have come up with in this thread is based on pure and unadulterated xenophobia and ignorance.

Freedom of Worship is one of the most important rights America has enshrined in its constitution and as everyone has pointed out quite rightly... it would appear you want it to apply to you and you alone.
You don't get a Rat's butt about religious [freedom or otherwise] anything.

You only side with radical Islam because it part of your ideology.

Now go outside and play with your friends.

In the case of mosques, they do so at the detriment of this country's security and well-being.

[see other countries who allowed such indiscriminate diversity]

    Weak Arguments of an Authoritarian.

You wanting to throw Radical Islam in with the rest of Islam clearly shows your ignorance on the subject.

What freedom would we be giving up that you care so much about? [if you say religion I'm gonna tell you the same as Jet]

    Hypocrisy!

Again you're not even trying anymore, you continue to participate in this thread by arguing semantics with nothing really to support any good reason why muslims and these particular folks shouldn't have the right to worship as everyone else does.

I have no idea what bills may be crafted in the future so I cannot answer this due to not being psychic, but we never got our freedoms back from the patriot act and I am unwilling to lose more due to irrational paranoia

Some of the fundamental changes to Americans' legal rights by the Bush administration and the USA Patriot Act following the terror attacks:*

    * FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION: Government may monitor religious and political institutions without suspecting criminal activity to assist terror investigation.*

    * FREEDOM OF INFORMATION: Government has closed once-public immigration hearings, has secretly detained hundreds of people without charges, and has encouraged bureaucrats to resist public records requests.

    * FREEDOM OF SPEECH: Government may prosecute librarians or keepers of any other records if they tell anyone that the government subpoenaed information related to a terror investigation.*

    * RIGHT TO LEGAL REPRESENTATION: Government may monitor federal prison jailhouse conversations between attorneys and clients, and deny lawyers to Americans accused of crimes.*

    * FREEDOM FROM UNREASONABLE SEARCHES: Government may search and seize Americans' papers and effects without probable cause to assist terror investigation.*

    * RIGHT TO A SPEEDY AND PUBLIC TRIAL: Government may jail Americans indefinitely without a trial.*

    * RIGHT TO LIBERTY: Americans may be jailed without being charged or being able to confront witnesses against them.*
