Ferguson officer who shot Michael Brown resigns

A policeman who is attacked and is in fear for his life is allowed to use deadly force to defend himself.

Oh wow. How narrow is that  If thats all you have to claim no wonder its easy for cops to get away with murder.

BS! I don't buy it! You think a man who has been shot three or four times is going to charge the one shooting them. Tell this **** to someone who fell off the turnip truck when you did. Wilson will pay for the rest of his life, and I hope he is hounded for years.

Why don't you watch the video on post 25 and then tell us all again what someone would, or would not do.

He didn't just claim it and walk away... A Grand Jury confirmed it. That's how our justice system works and in this case, it worked well.

Of course it does, especially all you have to do is say "well I felt threatened and scared".

Brown is dead! How much more "on the hook" do you want?

Now we are dealing with the incompetent cop that either escalated the situation and/or did not know how to diffuse it such that an unarmed man was killed.

You are missing the point. The comment I quoted made it sound like the officer just pulled up and shot Michael Brown to death with no other action going on, I think we could at least agree there was something going on before the fatal shots is my point. Why are all of Brown's actions going all the way back to the robbery / assault in the store all off the table to discuss?

That's really a shame. The guy has been on the force nearly 20 years, and if he resigns now he loses his entire pension. Since forensic evidence proves the veracity of his account of what happened, his life has been destroyed, martyred on the altar of presumptive racism. Really sad.

If forensic evidence proves Wilson's innocence let him sue for his pension and win in a court of law.

His innocence or guilt would have no bearing on his pension. I'm touched by your concern for a working man.

Next time, Wilson may not be so quick to shoot an unarmed person. Anything that happens to him, he brought on himself.

He wasn't quick to shoot Brown. He gave him more than enough time to comply with his order to get on the ground.

The autopsy corroborates Wilson's story of Brown coming at him with his head lowered - Brown was shot in the top of the head. I highly doubt Wilson walked up to him and reached above his head, pointing the gun down, and shot him......

This could very well be the case that sets the country on that path.

So you've made a baseless claim about race with absolutely nothing to back it up with? Interesting.

Oh, I would, if he wasn't dead.
He's dead because of his own actions. No one forced him to do the things he did, and Wilson did not sign a suicide pact when he became a cop.

Don't need to. I don't have any problems with my neighbors. My neighborhood is peaceful, and it's mostly Hispanic.

Yep you are. :lamo

He did nothing wrong. He most likely will not have to.

Since when did we start thinking punishing people for doing there job is OK?

No, you are confusing wilson with brown. Brown brought it on himself. Wilson acted appropriately, otherwise there would be an indictment.

When the white guilt crowd became the loudest voice. Gotta be nice to black people no matter what they do. Dont arrest them for committing crimes, dint enforce laws, no, change laws that are "unfair"

Yeah, black people don't get arrested for committing crimes. What the **** color is the sky in YOUR world?

This is why Liberals and their brand of law and order are so dangerous.

The Black Panthers have put out a bounty on Wilson. Who's been arrested? Post a link.
