Ferguson officer who shot Michael Brown resigns

No other plausible outcome to this fiasco of an event. His family is no longer safe thanks to plenty in the media fueling plenty of race baiters fueling way too many rioters. A sad day indeed.

If the police can't quell a riot in the bud then they have failed miserably.

That's really a shame. The guy has been on the force nearly 20 years, and if he resigns now he loses his entire pension. Since forensic evidence proves the veracity of his account of what happened, his life has been destroyed, martyred on the altar of presumptive racism. Really sad.

Wilson is 28 years old, hardly doubt he served on the force for 20 years. If I were to completely guestimate, I would say he's served 6 years or less.

Don't get me wrong, it isn't fair to Wilson to have to resign because of death threats and attacks on his friends and family but if he were to go and serve in say Corrections he can still continue his retirement.

Really?? Then I stand corrected. Some analysts on CNN said he was within a few months of being vested in his pension, so I foolishly accepted that as fact. Well, that and the fact that the guy himself looks like a doughy, middle-aged guy. Thanks for the information.

Wouldn't any state job continue his retirement?

Yea, Al Sharpton is what ruined his career, okay.

Not just Sharpton, but CNN, CBS, ABC, and ofcourse the **** hole of the news business MSNBC....Along with the bastion of liberal news propaganda papers out there posing as reliable news sources like NYT, WaPo, ACJ, etc. etc.

Take your pick.

I think it depends on the state job. I know for a fact that your retirement continues if you move to corrections or vice versa if a corrections officer moves to Law Enforcement. How much that pension is varies from state to state.

Yes it is a sad day.
Race hustlers like Sharpton don't give a damn about Wilson's life being destroyed. Hell he doesn't care about the Blacks he provoked to anger by ratcheting up his hate speech. And while they are out burning down Ferguson and destroying others property getting arrested and spending time in jail.....he's long gone back in NYC dining at a fine establishment.
The leftist activist groups with their professional agitators don't give a damn about Wilson or all those people that lost their businesses, their automobiles, and had their private property damaged.

Probably driven by wether or not he was considered to be a civil service employee.

Great lesson out there for everyone.

If you're a cop and you shoot a thug who attacked you, if he happens to be black, you're done for.
In other words, cops should let blacks get off the hook for anything or else they'll lose their job.

Blacks seem to be a privileged class in the USA these days over all other racial groups. Just like the nobility of old, if you touch them or do anything to them, your ass is on the line.

His career is ruined because of Sharpton and his ilk and he was only doing his job. and the irony is he was doing it right. What the hell is this country coming to?

It's too bad. He's going to have to move to a different state at this point and probably find a different occupation. Brown has victimized Wilson at this point.

They can't win......They are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

I listened to Wilson's interview on ABC and he came across a kind and sincere person....There is no question in my mind. I believe him.

Can you name other examples of Police Officers that killed black men and women that had their lives ruined by mobs of angry people?

Next time, Wilson may not be so quick to shoot an unarmed person. Anything that happens to him, he brought on himself.

Too bad, but not unexpected. I hope he's leaving with a big fat severance check.

Ah. Apparently you were part of the Grand Jury panel and have some insights that the rest of us don't have. Please elaborate on how Wilson was 'so quick to shoot an unarmed person.' Then please explain how you would have handled the situation differently. No doubt you have years of law enforcement background as well, so we can all learn from your insight. Thanks

Yeah.

They do seem to control the USA, eh?

Kind of like the Jewish people did in Germany before the Holocaust.

That was meant as a joke, right?

He escaped responsibility via the grand jury....he will still have to answer to God in the after-life. You can only get away with murder for so long....
