5 Crucial Pieces of Evidence Ferguson Grand Jury Saw - ABC News

>Wilson's Medical Examination
Wilson sustained bruising in the face, neck, and scalp areas after "he was hit in the face a couple of times," according to a police report. Wilson also reported jaw pain, according to a medical examination report.

I can't understand, why people which now are shouting about justice and human rights, now, literally "spits in the face" of this rights! Wilson did everything right! This people shouts about right to self-defense, but they forget, that Wilson also had this right. Awful!

Also, NYT published the address of Darren, hope he's in safety!

Did he do everything right? There seems to be a difference of opinion there.

To be frank, the issue at this point is not whether or not Wilson was right, but whether or not there was probable cause to indict him. The outrage about Wilson has almost completely shifted to outrage about the lack of an indictment.

You are absolutely correct that that is what the GJ decision was about.

But as there is no probable cause to indict, his actions would have to be categorized as "right", as in "not wrong" under the law. Hence no indictment. Just saying. ;)

And what is that supposed to mean?
Judging from our conversation in the other thread, I think it is supposed to mean that she does not understand that while Brown ended up 100+ feet from the vehicle, Officer Wilson was much much closer to Brown than that 100+ feet from the vehicle.
Brown was so close to the Officer as he charged him that the Officer had to back up.
At least that is what it appears to me to be about.

I have to wonder if the fact his father was killed by a Black man weighed heavily on his mind during those few seconds of confrontation.

Should we now indict folks for being right? Should we hold long drawn out trials for folks like Zimmerman (and Wilson) simply to try to calm down morons inflamed by the likes of Al Sharpton? Perhaps it is time for folks to learn that beating on folks just may result in them shooting you. Just because you want a "fair" fight does not mean that the rules can be changed after the fight is over.

Are you kidding me? Have you no time to even pretend to read news sources?

Since the shooting, Brown supporters have demanded that Prosecutor McCulloch be removed from the case, claiming he could not fairly prosecute due to bias. McCulloch’s father was a police officer killed in the line of duty in 1964 by an African-American man.

When, exactly, did Darren Wison's father die and how?

Come again?
Who's father?

I apologize. I seemed to have attributed that fact to the wrong person.

That will make those that had their stores looted and burned to the ground feel so much better. ;)

I don't anything will make them feel better except seeing the Mayflower truck moving their families to another town.

I read about the body but haven't heard about an ID. Cant open the link on my phone but if it's johnson's brother that would be mighty interesting.

I could have missed it but where does it say it was his brother?

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was using Dorian's words.
I have no clue if he is actually related.

Here is another report.

Ferguson riots claim first casualty as teenager found 'shot dead' in his car | Daily Mail Online

Shot in the head and set on fire. How will Ferguson respond to this, given that Joshua was a friend of Dorian Johnson?

How ever they respond, I am more than sure that if there are any witnesses they will be hush hush about it.

I just want equitable treatment of all races by the police, the law and the court system. Whatever else you're talking about has nothing to do with me.
