LOL. You really are a piece of work.

Had Boehner wanted to uncover the truth he would have created the select committee immediately. He waited for two years. That is plenty of time for witnesses to determine what the right answers are, to destroy documents that might contradict them, to weave a believable tale.

I think Boehner was warned not to by the regime. I have some ideas on why but they don't really matter for this discussion.

So here we are two years later. A select committee will require members and a budget of 5-10 million dollars. If Boehner has this set up in January so witnesses may be deposed beginning in March or April then we might have a real investigation. If it takes until April to get this set up and if the budget is a million or two then we don't have a real investigation. It moves from a cover up to a slow roll to run out the clock.

The question is why has Boehner done this.

MMC, yes we know - you have the answers to it all. Wait, no you don't - you're just a guy who thinks there are other answers that will make someone guilty of something. The fact that you keep posting lynch-kings like Graham is just laughable. Remember when he tried to get to the bottom of Bill Clinton getting a blowjob? How did that turn out? Was Clinton found guilty of anything important? Perjury? Over a blowjob? Lol.

Still can't figure out how much of Benghazi is still classified.

You do look quite foolish talking about conspiracy theories When the State Dept already admitted Ansar al Sharia was hired as security.

Did you wan't to try and Deny that there isn't any of that too? Now don't be confused by any of that meaning.....Classified.

Tell me.....were you still having a hard time with what is still classified? Do you have the Answer to that question on who hired Ansar al Sharia.
Here, let me help you on this since you seem stuck on it.

Information available after the attacks confirms that the reports the Team received at the time were not accurate. The CIA has no information that Ansar al-Sharia provided security for the Benghazi Medical Center prior to or during the attacks on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi. Instead, at the time of the attacks, Ansar al-Sharia was tasked with providing security for a different hospital in Benghazi --- the al-Jala hospital --- as part of the local governmentís effort to delegate security responsibility to militias to counter rising instability and to moderate the groupís extremist agenda, according to clandestine reporting.

I mean, have you even read the report?

Here from this report that you think you can tout.

But Rice's comments were based on faulty intelligence from multiple agencies, according to the report. Analysts received 21 reports that a protest occurred in Benghazi, the report said - 14 from the Open Source Center, which reviews news reports; one from the CIA; two from the Defense Department; and four from the National Security Agency.

"To this day," the report said, "significant intelligence gaps regarding the identities, affiliations and motivations of the attackers remain.".....snip~

Again.....If they are gaps in the Intel. It is a failure. Who took Responsibility, again?

Who refused to listen to the Libyans giving us 3 days warning before 911? Was it CIA or State? Do you have that Answer? As it cannot be denied that the Libyans gave our people 3 days advance notice. Who ignored the Libyans?
Did you read the whole article or not? From your own link:

But it was intelligence analysts, not political appointees, who made the wrong call, the committee found. The report did not conclude that Rice or any other government official acted in bad faith or intentionally misled the American people.
In the years since, some participants in the attack have said they were motivated by the video. The attackers were a mix of extremists and hangers on, the investigation found.

    Geez.

Do you know who the 17th Febuary brigade is in Libya.

Here I will raise you with what the CIA knew about Ansar al Sharia.

Al Qaeda's plan for Libya highlighted in congressional report
    September 21, 2012 <<<<< !

Senior terrorists and others involved in effort.....

Ansar al Sharia and the militias.....

The three battalions identified in the report as most likely affiliated with al Qaeda are just the "tip of the iceberg." In June 2012, Ansar al Sharia "staged a large-scale rally and military show of force involving dozens of military vehicles, with Islamists wearing the Afghan mujahidin's traditional outfit." The rally included "a parade in which some 30 battalions" from various Libyan towns participated "in the first meeting in support of sharia in Benghazi."

The leaders listed above likely constitute a small fraction of al Qaeda's overall presence in Libya. Citing media reports, the authors of "Al Qaeda in Libya" note that "a few hundred al Qaeda members must currently be operating in Libya." The report continues by observing that "most of them are likely connected with three katibas -- Ansar al-Sharia in Darnah, al-A'hrar Libya in Sirt, and Dir' Libya in Kufra."

"Al Qaeda in Libya" contains graphic evidence that al Qaeda-affiliated battalions have already acquired heavy armaments, including mobile rocket launchers and self-propelled antiaircraft guns. As al Qaeda's clandestine network continues to acquire arms, the group will have more firepower with which it can target any dissenters, as well as the shaky Libyan government......snip~

    Article is here.
I agree, the govt has cleared the govt of any wrong doing. There is no more need to spend time on this non event.
