Reports: Ferguson grand jury has made decision

How long did it take you and your family to overcome the effects of being held in slavery?

So you believe blacks are still suffering the effects of slavery? Because I will be happy to break down why that is garbage perpetuated by people who want to exploit minorities for votes.

How does Slavery impact the lives of today's African-Americans ?

Other than it being used to shore up the victim narrative used by race hustlers like Al Sharpton how does it actually affect the lives of people alive today ?

It doesn't. Its just a BS cop out.

How long did it take the members of you and your family to overcome being in a condition of legal slavery?

How long did it take your family to overcome the years they were held in a condition of legal slavery followed by Jim Crow?

Your response is pretty much as i figured it would be.

As if we haven't played this game long enough to not predict each other's responses with some relative degree of success? lol. I predicted you wouldn't address the stats I posted too.

But I am curious.

1)Why is it the black middle class grew?

2) What is it about slavery that has "held blacks" back for 149 years?

And just remember what I said above. I know the end result of asking direct questions. I'm expecting no surprises.

No, you are incorrect. His story was in conflict with other witnesses.

You obviously did not read the testimony of the real witnesses. The real witnesses are those who were actually there and/or not proven to be lying.

And without cross examination of that evidence.

That's not true, the GJ can and did question the witnesses and the evidence. In fact this grand jury saw more of the evidence than would have made it to trial and trial jurors cannot ask the witnesses questions. Again, did you actually read the evidence and testimony?

No, it does not. He was shot at many times and was hit with six bullets to the chest and head. The cops story was not the same as other witnesses. This should have rendered a cross examination in a court of law. IMO, justice was not served.

Again, you have not read the evidence or the testimony, it's obvious. NOW you get it right, six shots total. Four in the body, non-fatal zones and two in the head. Before you were spouting all sorts of nonsense about the number of shots, we had to lead you to accuracy complaining all the way.

You can cross examine other's testimony of the physical evidence.

No, please educate yourself first. You can only cross examine the testifying expert as to the accuracy and efficacy of the methods for collection, compilation and purpose of the physical evidence.

When physical evidence is presented in a court case, you can have several different experts have different opinions about physical evidence and it's interpretations.

There were three autopsies by three different coroners. County, private and federal. ALL were presented to this grand jury.

Are you claiming all blacks in Ferguson are rioting? Or just the stupid ones.

That was haymarket's argument, not hers.

He claimed the rioters had below average parents and that's probably true. You are projecting racism.

I doubt that is true at all. It's not a matter of IQ but having the available excuses. How many of the actual rioters do you think will ever be prosecuted? And, for the most part we have a ton of them on film.

I'll wait for you to show the evidence that put absolute doubt away that he did not have his hands up. TIA

The evidence the grand jury was presented with has been linked to multiple times. Your demonstrated failure to read and understand it is entirely on you.

Perhaps you are not aware, but it was only something like 2% of the population at a peak that owned slaves.

Also, while we always talk about black slaves, and not to lighten what was done to them, there were also many white slaves. The irish, for example, were used as slaves for a period.

Also, back then there were press gangs and indentured servants. They often had it worse than the black slaves... in that black slaves were treated as property with value, the white slaves were viewed as disposable, and so if there was a lack of food the slave owners would protect the "property" first and let the white slaves die.

again, this is not to make light of black slaves in any way, but the way it's discussed you would think that all whites owned slaves when that's simply not the case.. but it is only the black slaves we still hear about nearing 200 years later.

Um, six shots hit him. There were others fired.

Perhaps you should educate yourself. The interpretation of the evidence may also vary among experts.

1- the American middle class grew from a period of time. Now it is shrinking. The black middle class is part of that.

2- the condition of African Americans compared to whites has been long and fully documented. I would refer you to either book which pretty much uses much of the same data

AMERICA IN BLACK AND WHITE by Stephan & Abagail Thernstrom
that gives you a liberal slant

THE END OF RACISM by Dinesh D'Souza
which gives you a conservative slant

but both present much the same data documenting beyond any argument or dispute the effects of slavery and Jim Crow on living African Americans today.
