Irrelevant, as he had not lost his job.

Get his job back means return to his regular duties. Just because he has a job...doesn't mean crap. He is not doing what he did before he shot that kid. And he never will.

Not for the Ferguson police department... not for any police department. Maybe he can get a job protecting Cliven Bundy's cattle.

    Not in the real world.
Return to duty is what he would have done.
Getting a job back means you had lost it, and he hadn't lost it.

There you go again talking about **** you do not know.
HE may very well have gainful employment as an Officer in another Jurisdiction.
Hell, he may even have job offers for such as we speak.

Is it not true that Grand Juries do not determine guilt or innocence. They determine if their is enough evidence to support criminal charges being filed. The prosecutor then can determine if they wish to pursue the case in court.

Either way the GJ determines, lives of two families are in shambles. One lost a son, another most likely will have to find employment elsewhere.

It should also be pointed out racial agitators in Fergurson are not the only ones known to incite violence and make threats.

There are many BLM and Department of the Interior officers who have been subjected to a huge variety of threats and have had a variety of right wing anarchists incite violence against them. On occasion the threats and the incitement are done with the tacit support of local sherrifs.

This does not mean that I support every application of the "endangered" species act etc. or every EPA regulation, it just means that many of those riding to the "rescue" of Cliven Bundy and the black speratists rallying to "avenge" Brown have alot in common and have the same level of intelligence.

There is not much fundamental difference betwen Sharpton and the militia that was at the Bundy ranch- just a different socio economic spin.

I know, they have been bringing in the hate from other areas. Bus, plane, whatever.

But to your point, there is some truth to it.

If the decision is to indict him on murder, I would be against that. I believe that, in the heat of that incident, he should be charged with manslaughter, if the evidence supports wrongdoing on his part.

Wilson has told associates he would resign as a way to help ease pressure and protect his fellow officers. Wilson has expressed concern about resigning while the grand jury was hearing evidence for fear it would appear he was admitting fault.

    Damn CNN, sources say?

Well if true, good for him.
I bet he gets a fat severance type deal (im fine with that), and he will get millions from the book.

I wouldn't blame him at all for retiring.

From the data Ive seen, he was in the right. We shall see what the grand jury says.

Should be soon, from what they were saying I thought it was going to happen yesterday. Delaying to get forces in place?

Thats what I'd guess. I know there is a 4 hour heads up for southern California. I dont foresee riots here but as usual Im ready. Tragically, black owned businesses and Fergusons blacks will suffer the most.
