I'm not sure this has anything to do with that. I suspect this comes down to safety for his family and being able to function as a Police Officer in Ferguson, neither of which seems even plausible at this point. There is too much interest in seeing him and his family harmed, which is horrible.

Who ever believed that cop would EVER get his job back? No way would he ever be able to go back.

He is like OJ or Zimmerman. A social pariah.

He is not admitting any mistake.
If anything he is acknowledging that those protesting can't accept the truth.

    1. Nice catch. I didn't realize the time that I had posted. That would have meant today.
    2. That was also my bad. Sorry all. My apologies.

The grand jury hearing evidence on the Michael Brown shooting is preparing to meet Friday for what might be its final session, and a decision on whether to charge Officer Darren Wilson could come the same day, law enforcement officials briefed on the plans said.

The police will still be given 48 hours to prepare prior to a public release even if a decision is reached today.

What do you mean get his job back? He never lost it in the first place.

If he is charged and found innocent odds are more riots and so forth. If he is not charged, he and his family will be a walking target for the rest of their lives. Because of the notoriety alone it will be difficult for Wilson to stay at Ferguson as a police officer and function as such.
Precisely. This is a guy whose life has been effectively wrecked because it was in the self-interest of racial agitators to do so.

Yup. Why are people offering bounties on fellow citizens not guilty of incitement???

My friend, politically there is no interest in Wilson's safety (or his family's) even if he is found guilty of a crime. The race baiting political cross hairs have been pointed at him and his family, and it speaks volumes as to why racial matters are going no where in this nation. Media supported. Wilson's life is already derailed, and his career irretrievably broken even if the Grand Jury returns no charges. I doubt anyone will ever be charged with "incitement" or threatening his family, and that is truly sad but politically supported.

Not yet, but the jury's still out,eh?

Does anyone think that guy will be working the streets in Ferguson again? I find that hard to believe.

    He hasn't admitted any mistake.

And I already pointed out in post three; "Did you think he was going to continue working the streets of Ferguson?"

Is he on the job now? Is he patrolling the streets of Ferguson? He will never be able to go back to patrolling the streets. He won't even be able to stay in Missouri, let alone be on the FPD.
