not really a desire to make sure its out there just posting where it fits. I dont see it relating to criminal trials or other stuff but again like I said i wouldnt be against it just dont see the need. the BNs would still happen whether posted in the BN forum or not.

Ok, maybe I am not being clear...There seems to be somewhat of a disconnect between us, but no worries...It was just a thought...
Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom.

No, not in our society where we make the laws.

It's saying that the force used against them was legitimate because government says that it's legitimate.
As I said we make it legitimate.

When you use the guns of government to get a product, such as a cake, from someone else you are indeed laying claim, at least in part, to their property and labor. These are just facts.
No that is a misrepresentation. When they opened a business to the public they have agreed to certain rules and now they are held to that agreement. There are countless way they can "limit" their service, a business open to the public is not one of them.

you don't want to bog down into this other line of propaganda and illegitimate use of government force.
It is not a bog down enforcing the laws and rules we have agreed to live by and it certainly is not illegitimate.

Yes, that is why discrimination is illegal.

An interesting question but it only shows that you do not fully understand the issue. The cake for the gay wedding was "for" the wedding and not in support of it. The very same cake could have been ordered by anyone for that wedding. It would have been an entirely different matter if the request would have been for a cake with the inscription of say 'God bess the gay couple' or something similar. For that reason your analogy fails as the bakers would be just as much out of business if the satanists ordered a cake for their celebration.

The issue is not the cake being right but refusal of service by a business open to the public being wrong. What would you do if you were in an accident and paramedics refused first aid to you because they did not like you? Is first aid a right?
