I am bored with the endless thread after thread about every little jurisdiction that moves forward...They are all the same exact conversation...Can't we just have a thread on the subject and all of these small victories, or set backs can be added in on that one.

I know maybe a gay subsection of the board...

    curiosity

if a STATE the size of Montana is a "little jurisdiction" what in your opinion is:
    a normal size jurisdiction?
    a large one?
what would you consider a county?
    city?

Stand with me in petitioning the moderation team to create your own section where you can post as many of these repetitive threads as you wish and quit littering up BN.

Why? You're the one with the objection. I like to see the anti-freedom crowd squirm.

A cake is not a right.
What if it was for an inter racial wedding, and the vendor disagreed with those?

My own opinion is that a person should be allowed to refuse service to anyone for whatever reason they have. However, if we are going to have anti discrimination laws, then gays should be included.

Just as other times when subjects have multiple stories, breaking repeatedly and the BN section seems to have threads that are arguing the same points although from different areas of the country, so a sub section seems appropriate

you havent answered, like what other subjects. . . criminal cases? again thats silly

I mean dont get me wrong id be fine with a sub forum but i see no need and id still post BN in BN just like now. When its not BN i it might go in sexuality or law and order. A sub forum seems like a wast but im not against it.

Well, pardon my lack of articulation if there is such...Remember when the GZ/Martin case was going on? seemed like every other day there was another thread talking about essentially the same thing? That is kind of what I am talking about with this subject...I understand your support, and your desire to make sure it is out there and talked about, but maybe a sub forum would serve the purpose better. That's all.
