your reply does not speak to my question: How does voter ID speak to what McCotter did with taking old petitions from years past and xeroxing the sigs on new petitions?

No, I should have to prove I am me at time of voting. That it is not you pretending to be me, or me pretending to be a guy that died earlier this year.

How is is relevant if it doesn't? There are more than one type of voter fraud...voter ID won't solve them all.

you provide them with a signature of your name

Over 700,000 Americans were cheated out of their rightful representative in Congress for most of three terms because of election fraud. Now compare that to the penny ante piddly stuff we have seen put forth in this thread. And these proposals here do not do a damn thing about it. If you cannot see that as relevant - then I have no use for your opinion.

Do you seriously not understand the point of my post?

The point was to show that there are protections in place that involve the voter being ID'd.

That's like saying blue sucks because red is red. There are multiple frauds being committed, there will need to be multiple approaches to guard against it. If you can't see that, well....you know the rest.

How would you even know since from an article I posted said they don't report the majority of cases for prosecution?
