Then hit the home button and open a low energy app like messenger and bam, phone cools down. The Nokia had a phone a couple years ago that couldn't organize its multitasking and the battery would be dead in an hour. I wonder if Apple incorporated a larger battery into the larger version of their newest phone. Welp, I won't know. I won't get a new contract and I ain't shelling out $750 for a new one.
Im happy with my 5S. A Mophie extends my battery life to about 36 hours.

I shut my apps off completely. Have my screen brightness turned down to where I see comfortably but not so bright it will light my way at night. Normal use...internet, maps, itunes, some script programs....etc

I read a well researched article a few weeks ago that claimed based on their careful testing of battery life that it helps to have those apps in the background. Their testing showed the vast majority of apps (Facebook was a HUGE exception) use a trivial amount of battery when reduced, and the battery life saved by not having to boot them up from scratch far exceeded the apps' battery drain when reduced.

I have noticed a couple of additional exceptions. A guitar tuning app I use had a glitch for a while that caused it to run constantly unless I manually closed it, but that was fixed. Bottom line is the problem if one exists is with the apps not the iPhone.

Wooptidoo Mr Cook . Mr I am proud to be gay.

I am proud to be male, heterosexual, and above average height and baby blue eyes.

None of which I have any control over, which makes being proud of any of it asinine.
Be proud of things you can control or accomplish.

Are you proud of your nationality or where you are from? Religion possibly? Not things you control.

Could somebody be proud of being a gifted athlete? I don't see why not. When put in that context, I'm starting to rethink Cook's statement. Maybe it's fine to be proud of who you are.
If you claim sexual harassment to be wrong, yet you defend anyone on your side for any reason,
then you are a hypocrite and everything you say on the matter is just babble.

That RogueWarrior is a clown, Cook has every right to be proud.
