The German soldiers probably fought harder when they learned we bombed totally civilian cities like Dresden.

He apparently doesn't. He was smoking in the boys room during history class. LOL

He probably thinks the Europeans predated the Native Americans. LMFAO

Terrorism is terrorism, but some terrorists are a bigger threat than others. Compare, for example, what two guys in Boston did to what these two in Canada did.
If this had been an organized attack as you say there would have been more casualties. Thank God this idiot apparently couldn't shoot better considering how man shots he got off. Must have been scared sheetless. Obviously no military training. Probably got rejected by the military. Sadly though he must have got lucky and hit the solider. ;-(

I wonder what his background is? I'll bet he's former military.

Shot him in the back, a young reserve corporal who was honoured with the detail of guarding the War Memorial.
Sorry thing is, the shooter was already on the radar screen- both he and the guy a couple days ago in Quebec had had their passports confiscated so they couldn't take their radicalism abroad. I bet a little more attention is paid to those types in the future.

Ex-RCMP. Had bodyguarded members of the Royal Family, according to the article.

CSIS will be getting some boys together to go knock on some doors as we speak.

You legislators need to pass a law that will do more than take their passports. One thing I heard is there isn't much law enforcement can do with the existing laws.

Lucky seems like a poor word to use. It doesn't do justice to the reserve corporal. My bad.
