Police Officer in Ferguson Is Said to Recount a Struggle

If he is guilty--hard to tell now with the way his politically-connected DA has botched the case.

Race pimps huh apdst huh--still spewing these moronic nonsensical lies.

sure--murder a black man and then sue blacks--the 4th era of the KKK has now dawned.
Think all of these white policeman murdering blacks before an election is a coincidence to scare whites?
Not with the militant right-wing militias .

I really hope you have just been joking with the last few posts of yours I have seen. If not you really seem to have gone off the deep end with you partisan BS. Even way more extreme than normal. It's kind of sad really. It is a perfect example of what is wrong with this country.

Doesn't the fact that Brown's hands were up indicate that it was manslaughter, as opposed to justifiable?

Simply having your arms elevated could be lots of things. I don't see how with only that bit of evidence you can prove much one way or the other. Of course people who had their minds made up one way or the other before any evidence was know will not let that bother them.

On its own, no. But given the witness testimony, that could be bad for Wilson.

You accuse me of going off the deep end with my partisan BS?
Here's from the right you defend--race pimps, President ebola, ISIL beheading ads, lying about the southern border and immigration;
The House on vacation since July 31st--the House refusing to work on ISIL or anything else--cowards--
the house waiting for 6 weeks before holding an ebola hearing when Dems asked for one in early September;

the list is much longer as you know;
GOPs politicizing one ebola death in the USA.
GOP ads politicizing heads being chopped off before the parents made them be taken down;

Are you surprised the ebola mess started in Texas dropping the ball every conceivable way?
With roles reversed, GOPs would accuse Texas of doing this on purpose.

Are you surprised with all the white policemen murdering blacks?
Sounds like an underground conspiracy to me.
If roles were reversed, GOPs would accuse Dem racists of scaring whites.

It's pretty clear to both of us who is spewing the partisan BS .

Conspiracy by the DA to cover up a shooting crime is also a crime .
Last time I checked, giving false witness statements and false testimony are a crime.

The weren't in the air as in he was surrendering, they were up as in he was bent forward charging (football style?) at the officer-which backs the officers account-the one that has never changed and is looking more and more likely.

Add in that Brown had just attacked the officer (first) including grabbing his firearm-and no jury would convict on manslaughter. The officers actions were justified, both legally and ethically I'd argue.

But according to the witnesses he was surrendering. Is there forensic proof that he was charging (at the time he was killed)?

Dorian Johnson excepted, none of the witnesses denied that Brown attacked Wilson in his car.

This doesn't discredit the evidence of manslaughter.
:doh
There is no evidence of manslaughter.

What you call a "fact", isn't a fact at all.

The original claim was that his hands were up surrendering.
Other witnesses mimicked that false claim.
That claim, from these witnesses then went from - they were up surrendering, to - they were up just a little, to - they were just going up.
Secondly. "Hands up" is a position of fact. (Which has already changed by the witnesses.)
The interpretation of that, "surrendering", is nothing more than speculation, and given the circumstances, incredible speculation, as his hands up were most likely in the form of;, and at the same time he was, taunting the Officer about shooting him before he charged.

Conspiracy by the DA to cover up a shooting crime is also a crime .
Conspiracy? There is no conspiracy.
You are speaking nonsense.

the ebola mess started in Texas dropping the ball every conceivable way?
:naughty
No, that mess started with one man lying to get into this country.

If he is guilty--hard to tell now with the way his politically-connected DA has botched the case.
Botched?
WTH are you talking about?
There has been no botching.

But according to the witnesses he was surrendering. Is there forensic proof that he was charging (at the time he was killed)?

No, according to ONE witness, the thug that had just robbed a store with Brown. The forensics revealed the gunshot wounds were at an angle that shows he was leaning forward, and the body was found in a position that backs this up.

Add in that this happened AFTER Brown had punched and otherwise assaulted the cop, and had grabbed his gun managing to set it off twice INSIDE the cop car, and its clear why the cop shot him when he turned around, and charged back at the cop.

Brown was a thug would be murderer and got what was coming to him. No manslaughter charges are pending, and I think the cop beats the civil charges that are probably coming as well.

This was another attempt to stir up trouble and increase racial tensions for political and media benefit. There were even socialist thugs from the bay area (oakland) that went there just to excite these "youths" to violence. It got so bad that multiple police officers have been harmed and many businesses (mostly owned by blacks) have been destroyed-and all to fit a narrative-facts be damned.

Conspiracy? There is no conspiracy.
You are speaking nonsense.

Botched?

There has been no botching.

Some of us have been conditioned into looking for a narrative/plot and wont stop looking until its found.

I suspect that the so-called witnesses to the incident were asked to write about what they had seen and then sign their name I.e. filling out a police report. Well, falsifying one is a felony. I anticipate prosecutions for those whom spread disinformation and libel which helped cause Ferguson to look like a War Zone. Nevertheless, I similarly anticipate Ferguson to erupt once again after this police officer is cleared of any wrongdoing.

Police Officer in Ferguson Is Said to Recount a Struggle

By MICHAEL S. SCHMIDT, MATT APUZZO and JULIE BOSMANOCT. 17, 2014

WASHINGTON — The police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., two months ago has told investigators that he was pinned in his vehicle and in fear for his life as he struggled over his gun with Mr. Brown, according to government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the matter.

The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed.

The forensics tests showed Mr. Brown’s blood on the gun, as well as on the interior door panel and on Officer Wilson’s uniform. Officer Wilson told the authorities that Mr. Brown had punched and scratched him repeatedly, leaving swelling on his face and cuts on his neck.

This is the first public account of Officer Wilson’s testimony to investigators, but it does not explain why, after he emerged from his vehicle, he fired at Mr. Brown multiple times. It contradicts some witness accounts, and it will not calm those who have been demanding to know why an unarmed man was shot a total of six times. Mr. Brown’s death continues to fuel anger and sometimes-violent protests.

Police Officer in Ferguson Is Said to Recount a Struggle

The false narrative continues to fall apart while the lying witnesses become exposed for what they truly are.

That's one side. What did Michael Brown have to say?

There were video clips of the thug robbing a store just before-and the story all around NEVER changed-instead it was the race baiters that wanted this to be a black kid getting shot by a white cop-that was the narrative despite the facts.

That story never got around because it had absolutely nothing at all to do with his arrest or shooting, at all.

And yes they were race baiting as I already pointed out. This however does not excuse the opposite side from jumping to racial based agenda nonsense as well.

When the left decides it wants to address the absence of black fathers, the black crime rate, black-on-black violence, drug use, std prevalence, single parenthood, etc get back to me.

Those are REAL problems, and they are glossed over.

Ummmm.... This is nothing but a strawman to cover for the fact your argument is lame.

:doh

By his actions, he got to say...

**** you, I am violent and am going to assault you and attempt to harm you with your own firearm.
**** you, I am not going to do as you order and instead will mock you and charge you in an attempt to take you out.

:doh Holy ****! You do not know the evidence in this case either.

The robbery is why Officer Wilson reversed his vehicle and reengaged Brown and Johnson.

But according to the witnesses he was surrendering.

As with any case, you must take the credibility of each and every witness into account.

Were their testimonies tainted by peer pressure, the heat of the moment, and/or a common agenda. What is the veracity of their story? Do they (the witnesses, on a case by case basis) have an ax to grind with the police. Have they been previously arrested, or have they been caught in previous lies?

You know they will look at every facet of the cop's history. It's only fair that the credibility of each witness be examined and considered.

Is there forensic proof that he was charging (at the time he was killed)?

It could also be argued that there is no forensic proof that he was NOT charging (at the time he was killed).

However, the video of him strong-arming and robbing the store moments before speaks to his state of mind.
Now add the uncontested fact that he aggressively attacked the officer in his car demonstrates his crazed indifference.

What's your take on why the cop had to turn him into swiss cheese?

Thats unbiased evidence that supports Wilson's version. Unless you're buying into some conspiracy that FBI is doctoring the evidence to support Wilson, which is pretty laughable considering who their boss is.
