You can't blame the local hospital, which isn't a level 4 facility, when the primary imcompetence lies with the Feds. The Feds were blowing it off, thinking the virus really woupdn't show up here, or they were hoping they would get lucky. Either way, they were our first line of defense and they screwed the pooch.
LOL. Having an asymptomatic person fly is fine. Of course, to protect the chronically hysterical, they changed that.
But you're right in one aspect, the infected health care workers were a sign that regulation by the federal government needed to be tighter, and we apparently can't trust locals to be competent in handling important issues.
