    • After an initial scuffle in the car, the officer did not fire until Brown turned back toward him.
    • Brown put his arms out to his sides but never raised his hands high.
    • Brown staggered toward Wilson despite commands to stop.
    • The two were about 20 to 25 feet apart when the last shots were fired.
    • He would not detail what he had told the grand jury but said the members seemed fair and asked a lot of questions.

My perspective: Feguson is old news. This 'update' doesn't change the fact that the Ferguson shooting is old news.

    *UPDATE*
Terry Schiavo is still dead. Film at 11.

This thread is about an actual witness who testified before the GJ (Grand Jury).
Not some corpse named Terry, which rhymes with Jerry.

Edited to clarify that GJ meant Grand Jury and not Grand Jerry.

For those who can't see the rest of the article:

Witness says officer did not shoot Michael Brown until he turned toward him - Chicago Tribune

The witness said Wilson didn't have to kill Brown. "It went from zero to 100 like that, in the blink of an eye. ... What transpired to us, in my eyesight, was murder. Down outright murder."
This latest witness, who is black, told the Post-Dispatch that Johnson took off running toward West Florissant Avenue after the first shot went off inside Wilson's police SUV.
He then heard a shot and saw Brown run, followed by Wilson. He said Wilson aimed his handgun at Brown and yelled: "Stop! Stop! Stop!"

The witness said Brown did stop, mumbled something he could not clearly hear and took a step toward Wilson.
Can you imagine how many heads would explode if Wilson was found guilty? Maybe him and Dunn could share a cell in the future as they wait for the finest legal e-scholars to prove that they're not guilty. They could keep a poster of George Zimmerman in their cell and keep hoping that one day, a great internet legal scholar from a political forum defends them so well that the sitting president has no choice but to pardon them and declare them innocent.
I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality. - MLK

Unless the grand jury is stocked with enough liberal Blacks---Darrin Wilson probably won't be charged.

Might be good for Officer Wilson, but bad for the St. Louis area as hundreds of Black Supremacists will demand "justice" as they riot and destroy everything around them.

Would it be more heads than have already exploded over Brown being "murdered" even before evidence has been presented?

What a dispicable load of bile.
