Why did they overrule the judge?

Please don't play games. Can't you simply present your evidence?

It's in the OP. What you're going to want to do, is scroll down to the bottom right of the page, then click "first", then, once the page loads, you're going to want to read the OP from start to finish.

Appeals court reinstates Texas voter ID law

The ruling by a three-judge panel of the New Orleans-based 5th Circuit Court of Appeals allows the law to be used in the November election, despite a lower judge's ruling that the law is unconstitutional. The 5th Circuit did not rule on the law's merits; instead, it determined it's too late to change the rules for the election.
How many liberals in Texas vote more than once?

It might be a bunch of conservatives having to vote more than once...in order to win? Well, nawwwh, that's not how it works. Conservatives do much better at gerrymandering to win election.

I'm ok with that. In fact, Texas allows you to do just that. That's how I registered.

You may register to vote in-person at your County Election Official anytime before the deadline. You may also register to vote at any DMV office and at other state-run agencies in your area. Contact your County Election Official to learn more about local options for registering to vote in person.

California does the same thing and I think it's a good idea. I can't think of any conservatives who actually want to stop people who are legally entitled to vote from doing so. That's just a myth thrown around by the liberals who want to get illegal aliens on the voter rolls.
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide the world that cannot be achieved more rationally through entirely secular means.

I read the article. It says a single judge ruled it unconstitutional. That doesn't jibe with your comment that most judges who have seen the law agree it is unconstitutional.

This Reform Party member thinks it is high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first and their political party further down the line. But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

    Well, there is this:

Texas Border County Sued for 105 Percent Voter Registration

The ACRU claims the county—which supported the re-election of President Obama by 83%--allegedly holds a 105 percent voter registration rate.
Does that sound like conservative gerrymandering?

    Then, there is this:

The number of Texans registered to vote in the state’s five largest counties increased by 2 percent since 2012, a reversal of the decline in total voter registrations that was seen before the last midterm election.

    Five biggest counties?

    Harris
    Dallas
    Tarrant
    Bexar
    Travis

How did they vote in 2012?

Harris, Dallas, Bexar and Travis voted for Obama

    Tarrant for Romney.

If Republicans are the ones gerrymandering, why is all the growth in blue counties?

Also, why create a law designed to stop something illegal that you benefit from and no one can prove you've done?
