The States enacted Amendment and Statutory laws, you were backed into a corner and are now trying to deflect.

19 states authorize gay marriage, only 31 more to go, go for it. This is really a slippery slope and violates the country the founders created, a small limited central govt. This is a state issue, what next on the leftwing agenda to destroy states' rights?

The premise of your query is rejected. By me and the Supreme Court.
Must have missed where the SC ruled on SSM, wonder why they haven't done that?

    People chose to be gay?

Have you "gulp" ever talked to gay people in real life?

Yes, sure have. A chosen lifestyle isn't a civil right, it is personal choice.

Well, no. Being gay isn't a "personal choice" any more than you being straight was a "personal choice."

People do not choose to be gay, they are gay. Nobody chooses for a life of discrimination, recrimination, abuse, often violence (physical or emotional) and exclusion for the hell of it, they do not choose to be gay at all.
Former military man (and now babysitter of Donald Trump) John Kelly, is a big loud lying empty barrel!

For everyone you post who makes that claim I can post the same number who don't agree. There are opinions that you want to believe as fact whereas there are other opinions I prefer. Your opinion noted.

Your opinion noted. You choose to be discriminated against if SSM is your issue. You have a choice, move to a state that allows it.

See this here, shows this isn't about the constitution, its about your personal prejudices.

Being gay isn't a choice and there is no such thing as the "Homosexual Lifestyle".

Your desire to deny gays equal rights is based on nothing more than your own personal prejudices and that's exactly why you will fail.
