Exactly. Perhaps it was that nonexistent shotgun that escalated them into thugdom?

    Yes you are.
An innocent man will be doing time for a crime he did not commit. And the community is a lot safer with the real thug having killed.

I see you hadn't bothered to read the thread.
Had you, you would have known his actions, by the evidence, are what made made him a thug.
A person who is making threats against your life, intimates he has the ability to carry through with that threat, and is then gets out of the vehicle to carry through with that threat, is a thug.
    Sorry you don't realize that.

But for some reason I am pretty sure you already knew that and just wanted to make a false racist claim.

Again, they had more than enough time to get rid of it when they drove away and got out.

And the fact that there was a tripod under the seat could very well be what he used to intimate the threat of a gun.

So, what you are telling me is that "being a thug" is worthy of being executed in the street without trial.

    Did I say that?
Or did I say the community is a lot safer with the real thug having killed?

You said the shooter was innocent, thereby claiming the shooting was justified.

Because the victim was a "thug."

Which totally doesn't mean "black and ornery."

He could have just as easily seen a pink elephant.

Probably more easily. Seeing a pink elephant only requires hallucination, and many conditions can cause hallucinations.

Seeing a tripod underneath the seat would require x-ray vision, which doesn't exist.

    Stop with the absurdity.

    Figures!
You are again being dishonest in your attempt to twist what was said.

    And can your racist bs.

    This is what I said.

An innocent man will be doing time for a crime he did not commit. And the community is a lot safer with the real thug having killed.

There are two different sentences there.
Neither say what you falsely and dishonestly attribute to me saying.
    Which was.
