I fully expect that Holder will remain through to the end of Obama's term.
Based on their track record, the do nothing congress will never approve anyone the President nominates.

Better late than never.

Him stepping down cannot happen soon enough. A more ignorant, divisive and racially biased AG that there ever was and may ever be in the future. Who's his replacement going to be - Rev. Al Sharpton?

Is that who you would like to see as the next AG ?

Partisan, dishonest, corrupt, racist... pretty much embodies the Democratic Party.

I would say good riddance, but the next one will be just as bad... the government is always a reflection of the people; and, Amerika's government is grotesque.

No matter who takes Holder's place or what that person does he or she will face the same attacks from the right that Holder has endured.

Don't take my word for this, just wait and see.

And the left will claim the person can walk on water. :)

Check that Grim.....it wasn't 2008 it was 2012. That was back when Holder was thinking of throwing in the towel the first time.

Preet Bharara a Likely Successor to Holder as A.G.?

I kind of thought the same thing. The successor will never be confirmed, therefore he'll be on until 2017.

Now he can go write his book.

Watch what you wish for, the next one could be much much worse.

You're talking about Alberto Gonzales, right?

Gonzales did a lot of bad things but I believe that the worst thing that he did was his support for the use of torture.
