Nope, but he could run as an independent or a Green, and siphon off enough Liberal votes to doom Hillary.

Well its true. They made up libertarianism. They fund the teabagger party.

    Bernie is awesome.

They just don't wanna pay taxes (which is a absurdly greedy notion)

I'd like to see him run. He's not perfect by any means but he's a hell of alot better than any of the other major party nominees.

That claim is so ignorant my head is spinning. Libertarianism was around long before the Koch Bros were even a twinkle in their father's eye.

Nope. It was founded in DEC 1971 with ideals that were largely made by Koch's dollars donating to various political think tanks and organizations...

Try researching things before you speak ya?

I think Libertarianism started before America was official with the founder being Thomas Jefferson.

Oh yea the guy that thought he had so much liberty it was ok to rape his slaves and enslaved his kids he founded your party? Great idea revere him...

No it was founded in 1971 regardless of what you think.

And its funny you should say that.... Jefferson died in 1782 and the word didn't exist till 1789.... Kinda hard for him to have done that...

While I do not agree with many of his positions I very much agree that the wealth and power inequality in this country needs to be dealt with. If we do not do something about it soon I feel all other issues will become moot. I believe that we will reach a point where we will truly be ruled by the top few percent both socially and governmentally. All these other issues people tend to focus on during elections may become totally meaningless when the average person becomes null in the system.

Well go ahead, cite your source(s).

Have you read any works by the following, all of whom were influential in articulating the beliefs that describe libertarianism?: John Locke, Frédéric Bastiat, Thomas Paine, John Stuart Mill, Herbert Spencer, Henry George; Albert Jay Nock, Frank Chodorov, Ludwig von Mises, Friedrich Hayek, Isabel Paterson, Rose Wilder Lane, Murray Rothbard, Milton Friedman.
