    I think the fact that these witnesses don't live in Ferguson, MO adds alittle more creditability to other eyewitness accounts of what happened. I'm still very willing to wait until all the evidence comes out at trial before saying guilt or innocent, murder or self-defense.
    Did you watch the video in the link provided? If you had, you would have heard and seen an interview with another eyewitness that said the exact opposite of those points you just made.

    A Witness Conversation Unknowingly Captured at the Scene of the Ferguson Shooting is a Game-Changer

    An approximate transcription of the background conversation, as related by the “Conservative Treehouse” blog, who originally discovered the conversation:

    @6:28/6:29 of video

    #1 How’d he get from there to there?

    #2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck

    {crosstalk}

    #2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him

    {crosstalk}

    #2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him –

    [there is dispute here whether he says "doubled back" or "coming back."]

    #1. Oh, the police got his gun

    #2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him

    {crosstalk}

    #2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing

    #1 The Police?

    #2 The Police shot him

    #1 Police?

    #2 The next thing I know … I’m thinking … the dude started running … (garbled something about “he took it from him”)

    This is terribly important because if Mike Brown had been shot, and he advanced towards the cop instead of surrendering, it would substantiate the narrative that the policeman shot in self-defense due to the fact that he was being threatened with severe bodily harm. This corroborates an account of the event given by a friend of Officer Darren Wilson:

    Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.” Alleged Friend Of Officer Darren Wilson Offers His Side | The Dana Show

    You must be referring to Michael Brady, the witness who gives his account at the end of the CNN video segment. If so, then you know this witness clearly stated he likely did not see Michael Brown with is hands raised because he was coming out of his apartment at the time to record the rest of the scene. So, let's not gloss over all the other eyewitness accounts that was given throughout the video segment starting from the 0:21 mark on where, for example, the construction working in the green shirt says...

    He [Michael Brown] had his f******g hands in the air."
    Or between the 1:00-1:12 mark this same witness raises his arms in the air to motion how he saw Michael Brown's hands at the time he was shot and states and is repeated as saying...

    He [Michael Brown] had his hands up like this.
    Or where at the 1:30 mark an unknown witness off camera can be heard yelling...

    He [Michael Brown] was no f*****ing threat at all.
    Don't gloss over the witnesses accounting or discount it just to frame your own idea of what happened and pass it off as truth. They saw what they saw. And enough people saw things in a very similar fashion to paint the police officer as in the wrong. Still, I'm very willing to wait until all the evidence comes out before saying guilty or innocent, murder or self-defense.

    If I had to choose between a third-party witness accounting of what he was told happened versus those who actually witnessed what took place on the scene, I'd take the eyewitnesses account bar none.

    Just saying...someone tells you what took place and you retell it to someone else, i.e, "he told me..." OR words straight from those who were there to see events unfold with their own eyes. You be the judge.

    Ferguson tragedy becoming a farce - The Washington Post

    October is when a grand jury is expected to decide whether to indict the white police officer, Darren Wilson, who killed an unarmed black teenager by firing at least six bullets into him. It’s a good bet the grand jurors won’t charge him, because all signs indicate that the St. Louis County prosecutor, Robert McCulloch, doesn’t want them to.

    Dana Milbank writes about political theater in the nation’s capital. He joined the Post as a political reporter in 2000. View Archive

    The latest evidence that the fix is in came this week from The Post’s Kimberly Kindy and Carol Leonnig, who discovered that McCulloch’s office has declined so far to recommend any charges to the grand jury. Instead, McCulloch’s prosecutors handling the case are taking the highly unusual course of dumping all evidence on the jurors and leaving them to make sense of it.
    I realize that the author of the article is trying to claim it's because the prosecutor is biased against blacks... But I suspect the much more likely reason is that there is exculpatory evidence, that the author is unaware of.

    The witness at the end of the video said he was not turned away but was facing him and that he did not have his hands up but under his armpits. Point being...in the same news story there are two completely conflicting accounts.

    These witnesses did not say they were hands up in the air surrendering.
    And if the video is any indication of how the hands were up, that fits perfectly with the hearsay account of taunting the Officer, not up as in surrendering.

    The original account of this topic was published on the 7th.

    It is reported that the worker said the following.

    Then Brown moved, the worker said. “He’s kind of walking back toward the cop.” He said Brown’s hands were still up.

    Wilson began backing up as he fired, the worker said.

    After the third shot, Brown’s hands started going down, and he moved about 25 feet toward Wilson, who kept backing away and firing. The worker said he could not tell from where he watched — about 50 feet away — if Brown’s motion toward Wilson after the shots was “a stumble to the ground” or “OK, I’m going to get you, you’re already shooting me.”

    Workers who were witnesses provide new perspective on Michael Brown shooting : News

    Secondly, it is kind of obvious that many witnesses are just repeating what they heard from others.
    This account may be no different.

    It is reported that they were 50 feet away. And that simply isn't true. The workers notes indicate they were 40-50 yards away, not feet.
    And if one estimates the distance they are at in the video, they are about 75 yards from the scene. And if in the the ditch they were digging in, further.
    Then it is reported that he claims there were three cops at the time of the shooting.

    You didn't read all of what you quoted?
    It contains such an eyewitness account. An account that does match the hearsay account.

    And then there is an eyewitness and hearsay evidence spoke about during Tommy Sotomayor's Live cast.

    Eyewitness account. Start @ the 12:30 mark. @ 13:30 mark he indicates Brown was moving towards the Officer.

    Later on, another caller states that his cousin "Kendal" saw the whole thing (hearsay) and said that Dorian had a gun as he ran off. @1:42:00

    And then tells us he was told @ 1:44:15 that Brown was screaming to the Officer, (taunting) “****you, come on then cracka”, as he was still coming at the Officer.

    To the rest of what you said.
    When someone tells you what happened and it doesn't sound credible to begin with and then they later change their accounts multiple times. They clearly are not credible.
    PC, TM, and DJ all fall into that category. Liars.

    If the video is any indication of how the hands were up, that fits perfectly with the hearsay account of taunting the Officer, not up as in surrendering.

    Then we have both Dorian and the girl changing their accounts as to how the hands weren't actually up. Likely they have been told the surrendering bs isn't gonna fly.

    Starting @ the 01:24 mark you can hear her change from her previous account to the new one of they "were just slowly going up, it probably didn't even get a chance to get all the way up there ..."
    WTF?
    Probably?
    It?

    She is lying. Just as Dorian is.

    I believe we have two separate things being said by witnesses.

    1.) The lie from Dorian, PC and TM, that his hands were up surrendering.
    and
    2.) the hands up in a taunting gesture towards the Officer, not in actual surrender.

    #1 turns out to be lies. They have changed their accounts to say his hands were going up and it was just a little bit up at the very end. Which is not up surrendering as they previously said, and is drastically contrasted by what the worker shows and more in line with what Michael Brady states.

    While #2 occurred while taunting the Officer prior to the all the shots in the front when Brown was approaching the Officer.
