Obama: "ISIL Is Not Islamic"

What is it specifically that offends you when I call "Obama" by his middle name? After all your ilk on the left often referred to the previous president as "Dubya" or "Junior".

Exactly. For instance the "convert or die" demand of the locals by ISIS is not telling them to convert to Christianity, Buddhism, or Scientology. They are being told they must convert to Islam and live by a very harsh version of Sharia Law. Suggesting that ISIS is not islam is as silly as modern democrats suggesting that the democrats in the US south who wrote and passed Jim Crow laws during the segregation era were not real democrats. Or that democrat governor George Wallace who attempted to block African American students from entering the University of Alabama was not a real democrat.

Their feelings are easily hurt by any possible slights against Dear Leader.

They must know all of this but something in their brains can't accept it. It's amazing to watch Obama say 'ISIS is not Islam' and how quickly others are willing to believe it, as though they were programmed to automatically respond that way.

This mind set is really not that much different from those who are joining and fighting for ISIS.

"Dubya" wasn't "the left's" nickname for him, it was everyone's, and it was do distinguish him from his father. Don't be so dishonest.

Yes. It's nearly impossible to actually find any "very successful policies", so cogent arguments concerning that which doesn't exist is a non-starter anyway. The loony conspiracy theory is that such policies exist in the first place. They don't, and the left's current midterm election dilemma reflects it.

"Dubya" was used by Bush supporters and detractors, like it or not. OCF's attempt to justify referring to Obama as "Hussein" by invoking "Dubya" is laughably dishonest.

Yes, Isis is fundamentally Islamic in its makeup and foundational philosophy. Saying and acknowledging that fact and reality doesn't mean all Muslims agree with their stances or interpretations.
