It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion.

So long as these things are not negatively affecting their actual learning, then these should be considerations made.

Just stop. You are arguing what "should be" and such considerations apply to all, and are given to all equally if they qualify.

In this case, she doesn't deserve to be treated any differently than any other student. Nor should any student be treated differently.

Ahh! So you can't show the school declared her a star student. Good to know.

    Frankly, you can't.
I have known teachers to have favorites/pets and call them their Star student.

Absolutism is a foundation of authoritarian thought (is this an oxymoron?).

Many children have disabilities that prevent them from behaving/performing/comprehending like most other students. Should a child who cannot walk be constrained to the same physical education requirements that exist in virtually all schools?

Of course not! But if i didn't take swimming in high school, i didn't graduate.

Shed did not comply with what the school system has defined as appropriate behavior in a student and must, fore the benefit of the children, be punished.

I wonder if this 13 year old was a 7' tall black kid with a power shot they would see things differently
