Hard work will let them put their "piss and vinegar" to good use, and it will tire them out, and they will be earning some money. That's what my parents did when we were growing up - kept us so busy we had neither the time nor the energy to make trouble! Some of today's parents have totally abdicated their responsibilities, and this is the result. FDR had the alphabet programs for adult men in the 1930s to keep them busy - why can't we do this for today's teens? Lord knows there is a lot of unused but available labor available, and we are wasting it, and I don't care what color they are! Disgusting!
    Absofreeeginlutly.

Public work's programs and get their asses to work.

Or something like that. Ask Eric Holder. He knows all about it.
Good grief what a steaming pantload. I'll bet these hoodlums don't even know or care who Holder is or even the president.

Thanks for making something political that is not.

Not at all. The promoters of personal responsibility have repeatedly demonstrated a willingness to throw it under the bus when politically or personally expedient

Given that it's happening more and more often, that would be the people actually doing things like this. You don't see a correlation between an increase in frequency and an increase in acceptance? One is the result of the other. If it was not increasingly acceptable within young cultures, then it would not be increasing in frequency.
Everything in your life is a reflection of a choice you have made. If you want a different result, don't blame someone else, or expect others to make a change, you should stop complaining and make a different choice. Remember, the circumstances of your birth don't determine the outcome of your life.

The people that live in areas where these things happen but for whatever reason (fear, culture of not snitching, etc.) do nothing. The leaders of this country that for obviously politically correct reasons do nothing, or if they do at least say something (even though just talking isn't enough), blame others for the actions of young miscreants like these.

Is that enough people for you? Or would like more examples, including some names?

I never said it was acceptable in a town, city, county, state or country. I said culture. What passes for acceptable culture. Obviously, in the town the video was taken, there's at least some part of our culture where it is in fact acceptable, or around a hundred kids wouldn't have been doing it.

Since assaults have been going down in frequency, then your argument shows that there's less acceptance, not more, by our culture.

Re: More than 100 teens swarm Memphis plaza, 'knocking out' shoppers

I find it amusing and really sad how all of these angry white guy's always play the race card themselves and blame Holder and Obama, for the actions of some stupid punks at a Krogers in Tennesse

I suppose when angry young whites were rioting in redneck cesspool Mississippi, the night Obama won the election by beating that Mormon turd, that was all Obama's fault too???, LOL, the nerve of a Black man to beat a rich white guy to win an election, huh??

There's been plenty of crimes committed by young whites against Blacks, in this country the last 10 year's did the Blacks go blaming Bill Clinton for that?????

I'm just trying to find out who said this was "acceptable culture."
