Isnt it likely though that the stand down order came from some muckity muck in the CIA rather than someone at the White House? I still don't see anything in this whole Behghazi affair that needs investigating. Its obvious what happened. The White House didn't provide adequate security and when the compound was attacked, the White House lied about what happened to cover the presidents ass before the election. Its scandalous behavior, but not a mystery.

The issue has always been the way the response was handled, from blaming a youtube video to transparency. This is just one more piece, which we are still finding 2 years after the incident.

When did you know the CIA Ops were or would be the First to respond? Do you have a link to this info......before this piece came out?

Since it has never been put up in any thread on Benghazi here at DP......be so kind to show us this Startling revelation you had last year or the year before. I'll wait!

Yeah.....that's what I thought? So much for the left and its over-reach for excuses.

Indeed it will. I wonder, additionally, if Hillary runs, how many more guys we will hear from. There are more than a few folks who are pretty bitter about that whole series of circumstances.

Well, A) that there was at least a local stand-down order, not whether or not that came from direction above and B) continued confirmation that the Youtube Video Narrative was complete bogus from the get-go.

for extra credit, tell us the significance of this new piece of information
 
I think it's funny how a supposed "hold just a minute until I get better information before we go" has been turned into a "stand down". The desperation is thick.

Oh you need help to translate those English words that you know their meaning with. Would you care to show me what English words you have trouble with. So this way you can be directed to that word's definition. So that we then can increase the knowledge you lack. Did you still want to play confused or continue on about your loss of English translation?

I'm still waiting for the link that shows you knew all along that the CIA were the first to respond? Can you manage that First rather than try and run off on what I know, or don't know.

i can only conclude from the above that you are unable share with us what this newfound piece of information tells us about benghazi that was not already known

That the narrative that the White House has been putting forth is, at best, missing context. At worse, intentionally deceptive.

Those are the words the people who were there used. They were told three times not to respond to an ongoing attack, when they were voluntarily ready to go. And they beleive this delay cost lives.

So? I never served, but even I know if a fool rushes into a battle unprepared, then said fool becomes a dead fool.
And they beleive this delay cost lives.

And I believe there has been countless investigations and countless documents handed over to Congressional investigations and if the biggest feather Benghazi conspiracy theorists have in their cap is a local CIA commander told them to his underlings to wait before heading out because he was trying to coordinate and get more information, then the desperation is incredibly thick.

And if a local CIA guy made the stand down call on his own authority, what exactly is Hillary's problem?

Are you saying you still don't understand the info being newly released? Or are you looking to avoid finding that Link that shows this was just old information. According to you.....re-released?

Sorry, but let's put this in perspective. Some guy, who is writing a book, makes a claim. Goes on a show to "tease" what's in the book and then will say buy it to find out more. Now, this all smells of a marketing gimmick and nothing more IMO. But hey, knock yourselves out and feel free to help make this guy rich off his claims.

Doesn't matter who is selling a book or not, it doesn't undo what happened. Hey, does anyone know what Obama did when he heard about the attacks?

you are either unable or unwilling to do so
which causes me to conclude that this does not impact what we know about the benghazi incident

No, she was playing a little game, and taking a chance. She was trying to whitewash the entire hearing away by making that statement. It was a bit of political showmanship, and it backfired on her.

She was hoping to look like the bigger, caring person (Yeah, Hillary cares, LOL) and try to make the republicans look like the ones doing wrong. "Oh, please, just let them rest in peace. Why must we dwell on this terrible attack anymore, you bad people?" That's what she was trying to present. Didn't quite work out that way, she came off more as Cruella de Vil than a Florence Nightingale.

I have already highlighted what was meant.....now you were the one that said this was nothing new.

So JB produce the link that shows this is old news. That this didn't get released yesterday? Do you have that Link JB?

Where is the link showing this is OLD NEWS. Either you can run to the Benghazi threads and shows us. Or you can google it up.

Now do you or don't you have this link?
