As I said in the other thread we wouldn't keep the "Washington Niggers".

Im in those who are in favor of changing it. I however dont think the government should step in to make them change the name. Activist should just lobby the **** outta the team until they change it.

These 3 need something else to keep them busy. The Senate Majority leader isn't supposed to be involving himself in pro football names, FFS, and that fool Holder - WTF is he thinking weighing in? STFU. Hillary, meh I can forgive her, she needs to stay relevant and in the public eye.

I don't care if they change it or not. As a lifelong Giants fan, I will hate the 'Skins no matter what.

That has a nice ring to it and if any sport has a lot of bloviation associated with it it's football and Washington, D.C. certainly has more than its fair share of bloviators.

As an Italian/Sicilian myself I have never been offended by alleged "racial slurs" aimed at Italians/Sicilians..... As a matter of fact I think they're funny.

People who get offended by that type of stuff are weak - and quite frankly they go out of their way to be offended by something or some word or name.

I have better stuff to do than to be offended....

They shouldn't have to change their name, the only people who are allegedly offended are those who want to be offended.

What team are the PC police going to attack next? The Chicago Blackhawks -- yea good luck with that.
