And the second line is illegal...you cannot fire workers for striking, not since around 1900 anyway.
Why shouldn't I be able to fire people for striking? If you go on a strike you are blackmailing your employer to give you more money, and imho that desires punishment. I hire people to work for me, and if they want something from me the door is always open. Acting like I owe you something like my agreement is somehow obligated is trash. If you don't like what I'm willing to accept then leave.
