Is irrelevant as I already explained.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

I thought I already explained twice. Shall I try a third time or will the answer finally get through?

Re-read post #37 until you get it.

    backwards and inside out.

The first amendment grants govt protection to some speech, it is not a guarantee of "no restrictions". Hate speech is not protected speech, the KKK is not a protected class.

    Stop being so intolerant!

If you say you disagree with someone, you're trying to silence them.

Does anybody else remember the late '80's t-shirt that read on the front "It's a black thing..." and on the back "You wouldn't get it!"?
