    U.N. urges U.S. to stop police brutality after Missouri shooting

    The U.N. racism watchdog urged the United States on Friday to halt the excessive use of force by police after the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager by a white policeman touched off riots in Ferguson, Missouri.

    I agree with U.S. Ambassador Keith Harper that the USA has made great strides toward racial equality but still has much left to do.

    We only pay attention to what the UN says when we want another resolution to project our force someplace, otherwise, they can get beside us or get behind us.
