Secondly, I asked that you do so. You did not do so in a timely manner so I went searching, found it and posted it myself.

And like I showed, it confirmed my suspicions that it was a anonymous confirmation and showed that Darian likes changing his story.
So as I said. If we are to accept that anonymous confirmation, then we also need to accept the anonymous confirmations of Josie's account and of the supposed 12 witnesses basically saying the same thing.

In regards to the diagram.
When aiming, you aim center mass.
The diagram shows all the rounds hitting to one side (except for the first at the window and the last as he was closest then), suggests the sight is slightly out of alignment and shoots left, or because of the damage to his face he received from Brown.
If he had been aiming at Browns back as he ran, the rounds, if any hit, would most likely be on Brown's left and not right. There are no entry wounds on the left back.
They are all on Browns right front.

The department was relieved of all it's members but not dissolved.

I sure as heck wouldn't be doing guest appearances on CNN or other networks. I would be mourning the loss of my child regardless the circumstances. I would also wait before making comments till all the evidence was presented to me. It was the parents/family that started that barrage describing Brown as a "gentle giant" that the media repeated ad nauseam across this nation just prior to the video released showing the "gentle giant" strong arming a store clerk during a robbery of Swisher Sweets.

You are both wrong. The department was disbanded, so technically it was a layoff. The police function was then outsourced to St. Louis County, which proceeded to hire some of the former Jennings officers. However, it was not "quite different than being fired for cause," it was actually very similar. The department was disbanded not for economic reasons, but because of several accusations of racism and excessive force over the prior few years and an internal affairs scandel regarding missing funds.
