ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209:785]

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Backwards again...

You haven't weighed anything and justice would be not charging him.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

****ing glad justice =/= the opinion of anyone here.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

No...
Two weeks now and still no information about the homicide report ...

Not according to this claim by the ACLU.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Johnson didn't push the door back at Wilson bumping his head Brown did. Wilson was shooting to kill out of rage ...not because he was covering his ass.
:doh
:lamo
Really?
Where are injuries on the autopsy showing a door struck him?

****ing glad justice =/= the opinion of anyone here.

That would be an incorrect statement.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

What nice people you are.
Im literally wishing for you what you are clamoring for. How can that POSSIBLY be a bad thing? Heck...I hope you make it a family affair and take people you may actually care about with you. Dont worry...you will be safe from those eeeeeeeevil policemen. What could POSSIBLY go wrong?

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

there is far too much probable murder evidence for them to do that.

What evidence are you talking about and since when did you garner access to all of the evidence?

If you're speaking about eyewitness accounts as your evidence then :lamo

Eyewitness testimony doesn't amount to jack if you don't have facts and evidence to back it up.

A couple of examples here are Dorian Johnson saying he was shot in the back.

Also there is discrepancy in the number of shots fired.

Both examples of eyewitness accounts.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

I think when you have a bunch of dickwads that are going into aggressive protests that are potential riot situations and sticking cameras in peoples faces and trying to get this kind of a reaction, an 'accidental' rubber bullet blast wouldnt hurt my feelings at all. Those ****ing douchebags are no better than the asswipes that hound people liek Alec Baldwin and Sean Penn and express their fake upset when they snap and give the reaction they are looking for.

But you will note...I didnt say shoot them with rubber bullets...I said establish a perimeter and let the rioters and protesters burn the ****ing place to the ground. You should go join them.

Yeah, we'll just compare photojournalists to criminals throwing MC's and looting stores, that way we can condemn the entire civil liberty of peaceful protest for the rest. The far right wingers, consistently anti-liberty.

That would be an incorrect statement.

It reminds me of the claims during the Zimmerman trial that George was running around, ran into trees and fell and hit his own head on the ground. The black man couldn't have possibly have done it and all the white men are just clumsy oafs.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Dr. Baden's re-autopsy is meaningless. Only the Official autopsy is going to matter.

And then on top of that, where are the trajectory findings from Dr. Baden? That will certainly tell you the position the arms were in when they were hit, because all the shots have to originate from a very similar starting point and angle.
Why are they absent form what Dr. Baden has revealed? Did he skip that? If so, why?
This autopsy was for no other purpose than to spin a narrative by Parks and Crump.

:2wave: Yep, Dr. Baden was not privy to all of the evidence such as the clothing worn by Brown.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Actually, NOT what you said. Conversely I could accuse you of wanting the cop to get away with murder, though what I would prefer, is to see what the Grand Jury produces.

And, if the gtand jury votes to dtop the charges you'll be screaming cover-up.

The media has flocked to Ferguson to hoad the cops into doing something stupid in retaliation for arresting those two clowns in McDonalds. That make them no better than the rioters.

And no, instigating violence isn't protected by the 1st Amendment.

They arent photojournalists...they are scumbag paparazzi. They arent reporting the news they are trying to make the news. But what the **** are you upset about. I offer you the same blessing and wish I offered the other nutsack. Pull back the cops completely and you guys should all go join the group and have a party together without the eeeeeeeeevil police presence. Thats a GOOD thing...right? What could go wrong? Hell...take a wife or girlfriend along...maybe the kids. Have a blast.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Actually, you'll be here to monitor that. There's presently a county Grand Jury empaneled. There will be a Federal Grand Jury as well, and I've heard perhaps a third beyond that. This is good, it lessons the potential for actual and perceptual cover-up. So if out of two or three GJ' they all no bill, I'll consider justice served.

That's your opinion which I consider estranged from reality.

The protesters showed up peaceful, the cops showed up for a fight. Exactly how both the retired police chiefs of Seattle and Minneapolis explained it.

Of COURSE you do. Tell me...what is YOUR reesponse if in a rather tense situation I spend 6 shoving a camera in your face and make snippy snide comments?

But again...I dont know what either of you could be upset about. I am HOPING for you to get your wish. I WANT the police to pull back. I know what disdain you afford them. I want the police to not respond to calls because...you know...they are just violent. Instead...I want you and hiom and all the rest to go join the protests. Spend the night in the streets with no police presence. Take video. Take people you care about. Go have a ****ing BLAST. What could possibly go wrong?

Give the people what they want...thats what I say...

Don't lump us all in. I want justice. I feel that Wilson is probably in the right given the small amount we know, but if he isn't he should face the same consequences as any other person who kills an unarmed person.

Why thats just horse****, son...and you KNOW it. The cameras didnt start rolling in Ferguson til day FOUR following three straight nights of looting and violence. Your selective memory is for ****. The video was taken in front of a burned out store. How did THAT happen?

It depends on ones perspective. Civil liberties minded as I am, the more cameras monitoring events the better. I only hope those with little respect for liberty don't prevail in the end.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

How can anyone be shot into the very top of their head, entering their brain and lodging at the front of the brain, if they are shot from the front?
Magic bullet?

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/18/u...-shows-he-was-shot-at-least-6-times.html?_r=0

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden

Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.

and lodging at the front of the brain

Where do you get this info from since Dr. Baden didn't have access to the X-rays showing where the bullets were found?

The protesters showed up peaceful, the cops showed up for a fight. Exactly how both the retired police chiefs of Seattle and Minneapolis explained it.

The rioters showed up for a fight and the cops were obligated to respond.

When the dust settles they can clean up their own mess.

And you want to pretend that with disrespectful assholes shoving cameras in your face 24/7 you wouldn't verbally snap every once in a while?

So...have your tickets booked yet? You should go joint the protests and they should pull back all police presence. Send video!

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

There is no 'disagreeing' with 'facts'. That 'community' rioted and looted for 3 nights. On the 4th night the police responded and using minimal force completely disbanded the protestors and the first night in 4 days there was no looting or rioting. You can deny it all you want but you can't ignore facts.
