ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209:785]

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Please explain how you can be such an expert when you won't even read the OP?

Perhaps its time to stop trolling eh?

I'm not claiming any such thing. I'm asking that people support their claims. What's the hold up?

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

If it's hidden, and you know what that information is, then you need to be on the horn with someone, telling them what you know!!!
We should both "get on the horn " then ...we both know the shooter and victims names in a homicide.
Even that is not on the report.

Hows about no one make any ****ing claims, FFS.

Since no one really has anything to support them.

You're preaching to the choir, my man.

I doubt very seriously that since the report is, or could be evidence in a very high-profile case, that it's actially accessible by anyone who doesn't need to see it.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Ooooh! He said a wordy dird! Big crime there!

Hey fellas, can I get ya'll to move to the sidewalk, wouldn't have been more polite, and more effective? I'll bet you'd respond positively to somebody telling you to "get the **** on the sidewalk". Why do all of you conservative types support cops acting more like thugs and gang members then the professionals we should have?

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

1. The police released a video suggesting that Brown may have been involved in a cigar theft
A mere "theft"????

It was a robbery. I saw the video. Anyone who is not a complete ignoramus can see that it was a robbery. The 6'4" 290 pound thug throttled the clerk by the neck.

Hopefully some youngsters will learn that embracing thug culture can be very hazardous to your health.

I do believe you have been asked for a source.

Please supply it.

The OP is supported.

You have made countless claims including that the OP has been debunked.

Were you lying then? Is there no such "debunk".

If there is, post it.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Additionally, Wilson trying to pull a 300lb man through a car window... right...

The first moment I read his statement it sounded ridiculous and as someone trying to cover himself. If this actually goes to trial, a jury is unlikely to find it credible.
I know you don't buy it.

The thought if the Cop muscling this kid around is ridiculous.

You are forgetting that the men were both participating in a "d-ck size contest" at that moment.

Yes, a man engaged in such a contest will:
- grab a 300 poound man from a sitting position and through a window and try to pull the guy towards him.
-saunter down the middle of the street after roughing up a clerk and stealing things

In short, these types of contests cause boys, men, nations and churches (google brawls and fights Church of the Holy Sepulchre) to do strange things.... .

In this particualr D-ck size contest, the following themes were explored in an escalating manner:

- what tone of voice should a lawful order be given in?
-how fast, if at all, should one comply with that lawful order?
-what are the concequences for refusal? And above all.....

-Who was going to have the last word, both symbolically and ultimately?

Then you nothing about the courts or the justice system.

Everything the cops do, write and say, from the time the suspect is confronted till he is in front of the court is evidence. A police report is considered a sworn document.

Please, without resorting to childish !!!'s, perhaps you can establish some integrity, so lacking in all of your posts, and actually post something that contradicts the OP.

You're doing it again.

Blindly buying into a narrative and a witness account.

An account thats been proven false from a witness who's been proven to be a liar

Why do you Liberal types do that ? Believe everything your'e told ?

No, no video- and I was not there.

Lets just say that I have seen enough of these contests (including some invovling law enforcement) to form a theory that this is exactly what happened. You can, of course, reject the theory.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

One things are for certain.

The credibility if the primary witness is now in question.

Dorian Johnsons has a record, and lied about Brown being shot in the back.

So I wouldn't buy into his BS story about being told to get out of the middle of the street.

I wouldn't buy anything he said at this point.

Lets just say that I have seen enough of these contests (including some invovling law enforcement) to form a theory that this is exactly what happened. You can, of course, reject the theory.

In order for a theory to even be considered there must be two things, a reasonable amount of evidence that suggests the theory may be correct, and a means by which it can be tested.

Everything else is speculation. And true theorists usually say "this is a theory...."

Conmsider it completely rejected until such time as there is this little thing called evidence.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

I can't figure out what this has to do with Wilson.

When I was in the Army we had guys that talked smack like that all the time. I told the people in my platoon to stay away from them. They freeze up or become bullet magnets or both. They usually freeze up. That is the last guy I wanted me or my folks to be around. The stupid meter goes off the chart.

NoNoBadDog!!! :rofl

A LEO posting a video like that is nuts. My point is that, if there's some kind of macho mindset going on in the county where a COP would actually feel comfortable posting something like that, perhaps it's an indication that there's a wrong-headed supervisory mindset in the county as well. Some of that smack talking is quite contagious.

(Doing it in the service? Okay. Doing it as a cop? Not okay.)

Source?

In a thread where we see an active cover up you plant unsupported conjecture, completely unsubstantiated and expect anyone to say "yes, great guru"?

And while you may think having a criminal record disqualifies one's evidence, the courts do not. And with that, please supply a documented source showing where the young man had a criminal record and what it was for.

Dorian Johnson has a record, Dorian Johnson lied about Brown being shot in the back.

Autopsy clearly showed all bullets came from the front.

Dorian Johnson failed to include that he had just participated in a strong arm robbery.

You actually consider his testimony credible ?

And prior criminal record CAN be used against a witness in a court of law

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

A police report on the death of Michael Brown is missing key information and violates Missouri open records laws, an ACLU attorney told Yahoo news on Friday.

Read the article here: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael Brown's death violates law

Eventually all of the facts will come out because the ACLU will insist on that.

But the question right now is: what are the Ferguson police trying to hide?

Given the incessant call for information, and their putting information out before they are ready? Probably nothing

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

So I wouldn't buy into his BS story about being told to get out of the middle of the street.

Then why was he stopped? And if Wilson stopped them for a serious offense, why did he not call it in?

In all probability, the two men were stopped for walking down the middle of the street. They were violating a law and then given a lawful order by a police officer.

This fact pattern support's Wilson's position. What then goes off on a tangent is that a macho contest quickly ensued.

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

Many journalists have attempted to figure out the timeline, but it is virtually impossible because of the lack of cooperation and available information from local agencies.
.

That doesnt stop them from reporting a timeline though does it? Dont have the info? Make something up

Re: ACLU: Ferguson police report on Michael brown's death violates law [W: 209]

All the evidence points to a pissed off, out of control cop ready to exact a lethal vengeance on an un-armed black kid who disrespected him and caused him to bump his head on his own car door.
All the evidence shows that the unarmed black kid was executed as he lay face down in the street with a final shot to the top of his head.
Murder.

None of this is accurate.
