They know there was a murder so they aren't saying anything.
With nothing in the report, there is nothing they need to defend.
It is a stonewall defense that reeks of guilt.
Anything they say will point to murder ... so to protect the murderer ... they say nothing.
It reminds me of Nixon's eighteen and a half minute gap...
