I can see where some people think that a 18 year old, or the media is a direct threat to police activity, however, righties sucked up the media (fox) when they reported that the blm got their asses handed to them, who's sucking it up now?

People either want the media to report police activity, good or bad, or they don't want it at all.

nope the investigation in MO is still going on and the grand jury is to get the case either today or in the next day to see if there are any criminal actions to be filed.
again where is the moral outrage of black on black violence? it happens every day. as another poster said a 7 year old boy was gunned down in a drive by. where is the marches and protests?

if a police action is justified i will defend it, however if it is not justified then i will stand up and defend the rights of the person every time.
i am still waiting for a full report.

if this cop had his face busted up the way that they said then he had every right to defend himself along with any other person that this would happen to.

That pig has been suspended without pay and faces an inquiry and possible fines for his behavior.

So those suspects that recently robbed someone near my campus with a gun, is calling them thugs an inflammatory designation?
Or the black teens that I TA for econometrics, who are amazingly successful, smart and motivated people - do I designate them as thugs?

Your definition is doubly inconsistent.

When I hear the word "thug" all I can hear is Sean Hannity Rove and BillO talking about any black teen.
It is clearly an "n" word substitute.
They want to use the n word and realize that they can't... and so we have the dog whistle word "thug" .
As cleaver as they think they are ... it's all very transparent.

It is consistent with all the evidence and is a lot more believable than the fairy tale Jackson gave in his press conference.
How do you shoot someone six times in a "struggle for a gun" when they are twenty feet away?
We still have no official report on the shooting ...from anyone on the police side.

He told them to get onto the sidewalk and continued on a short distance. Where he then became informed of the robbery suspects.
He then reversed to engage.
Learn the evidence.

That is not what the reliable evidence says, ior what the unreliable evidence says.

The reliable evidence says he got out and Brown turned and ran at the Officer, as the Officer fired at him.
