I want to expand on this a little.

Along with the legitimate protesters in Ferguson there are, as we know, some folks who WANT there to be violence. Some of these folks, under the guise of "media" are instigating trouble just so that they can film it. That's a real problem for both the cops and the people who just want to have their voice heard because those antics really can't be separated from the rest of the protest.
What evidence do you have that there are people who want for there to be violence, and who would these people be?
Killing one person is murder, killing 100,000 is foreign policy

Maybe he ignore many previous requests to turn it off which starts heading down disorderly conduct charge.

This nonsense that reporters/journalists/photographers aren't respected worldwide and especially in war zones is just that. Hell, without them - you wouldn't get anywhere near the amount of news you do now. The police in Ferguson? Well, they don't care about the info getting out. They just want to harass the media and people are eating it up. Remember, telling someone they'll get shelled if they don't turn off a light is not a threat anymore. Police running around and arresting reporters for standing around means they're not innocent. This is the 1984 that Orwell kept talking about and the Conservatives have shown themselves to be in full support of it.

Thanks. Like I said no source was provided originally so just posting pics isn't helpful.

You mean other than that they're talking about it themselves? https://archive.org/details/RevoltInFerguson

It's Anarchists and hardcore Communists that are causing the trouble.

OK...well, Marc Lamont Hill was talking about it too on CNN.

    -edit-

Just to add some more to this - http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...ot-act-agains/

The rioting in Ferguson, Missouri, involves left-wing militants from across the country. It is not simply local unrest over the police shooting of Michael Brown. Out-of-state anarchists, Communists, Occupy movement members and other agitators are exploiting the situation to create chaos. That is their method for trying to bring down the American way of life that they detest.
The dynamic of things in Ferguson is MUCH more complex than the common discussion seems to indicate most people believe it is.

I wouldn't give up so quickly. Just because Hatuey was over-broad in his statements doesn't mean that your scenario isn't what happened. I seriously doubt the charges were put before a DA, which makes Hatuey's assessment more relevant than TB's, even though he would be wrong in the particulars. It might be possible to find out which is true for certain.

Bet you won't hear this on CNN. And you sure as hell won't here it on Fox "News":
