Police officer appears to threaten journalist in Ferguson

I've been in cities at night. It's not dark. You keep making excuses. Why? In those crowds there is virtually no horizontal line of sight that does not end on a person.

The video camera in question could barely see what was around it. If it is that dark to the camera it is even darker to the human eye.

I saw this as it actually happened. You can see events live, as they unfold in Ferguson, at KARG Argus Radio. It was the Argus reporter who was threatened, and the cop who threatened him actually pointed his gun at the reporter's head too.
Agrivated assult, no doubt. The lawyers will get rich.

First off, the term "shelled with this" is a very odd statement to make. On the other hand "shelled with us" is an entirely appropriate thing to say as the police were under fire and the light was drawing attention.

Tell me which one the officer actually said.
If you look into it, I'll bet the cop is former military, field artillery or infantry. Some military jargon is hard to let go of.
