As you were already told: It is not about smoking, so stop with the spin.

Do you, or do you not know, in general what curfew means?
It does not mean sitting in a mode of transportation in a driveway.

    Did I say it was?
Again my whole quote was this: Sittin in your private car, on a private drive, not on public property (to where the curfew is in place), smoking a cigarette, is now illegal?

Sound like you do not know what curfew means or how it applies do private property. And they were in a mode of transportation in a driveway. It could even be said that shows intent to drive off.

This was a declared emergency. Sorry you don't like it, but they were playing a game much like you now are doing.
They knew better and tried to push the limits and are now crying foul because they were caught.
    There arrest was justified.

Smoking has nothing to do with it. You continuing to included that which has nothing to do with it is absurdly ridiculous.

And where do you get this idea that in a declared State Of Emergency that a Curfew only applies to public property?
    I got to here this.

    Not even.
And what the **** are you talking about? I quoted your whole post.

And even if I hadn't, I am replying to that which I quote. So push on with your absurd nonsense.

    Not even.
I speak to that which I quote.
Then let me take the smoking part out of the question: Sittin in your private car, on a private drive, not on public property (to where the curfew is in place), is now illegal?

As you should know executive orders even at state and national level only apply to public property not private.. BUt if you want to read the exec order itself: https://governor.mo.gov/news/archive...y-and-security

Tell me again how someone sitting in a car, on private property is an endangerment to public property...

Wait.. So I thought the media was trying to portray the 7 arrested as rowdy. (not said directly but it sure seemed that way)
Let's see. It was two hours after curfew. Five guys were sitting in a car on private property in street view. And not one of them lived in the house. Sounds like they broke curfew to me. You??
The devil whispered in my ear, "You cannot withstand the storm." I whispered back, "I am the storm."

Or for that matter an endangerment to anything or anyone anywhere.

No. Because private property is not public property.
