No it does not. It means stay off public streets and way. Like I said. A 10 year old could be sitting on their porch at 2 a.m. and if there is a child curfew in the town the cops cant do crap about it.

    No.
What is insane is that there are folks who wont follow the laws, and then try to cry foul when they are caught.

    No.
    Apples to oranges.

But since you think it is the same, please show they are.

When I was teenager the government set a curfew in my area and I spent the night sitting on my porch smoking pot and getting nice and drunk. I was a minor, so techincally I was breaking three laws. Guess how much property damage I did that night? None. Guess how people I hurt in any sort of way? None. Yet, I was breaking the law. Tyranny is awesome.

You are lucky they werent hunting for numbers to put into the media. People in their driveway = arrested. Looters = not arrested. Just think about that. Its almost as if they want to give the world a news report to see. "People arrested, people still looting" seems to be the mantra.

Another apples to oranges comparison by you.

Was there any looting or property damage during the imposed curfew hours? If not, it worked.

If the objective is to make people defy the law even more, then yeah, the curfew worked great.

With all that has occurred in this community WHY do people have to stretch the limit out?

wow hey dude, there's a curfew, it not be pertaining to me though, I be right in a car, in my auntie's driveway smokin'...they be arrestin' me, not my fault bro

yes it is, and if you need an explanation here as to why, your road is going to be a rocky one in the real world
Please explain to me why they should be arrested for smoking in a driveway, not being a bother to anyone. It really isn't making sense.
