Obama should just airstrike the cops and looters both for terrorism. Screw it. (just kidding) Just dont hit any peaceful protesters.

Why not someone else's private property? What about people that don't own property, they're busted ay?

Thats right bro. If your dog has to take a **** during curfew you better let it crap in your living room. One trip to the "outside" backyard and you are now a criminal, buddy.

“Last night’s curfew — I think everybody worked well,” Nixon said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “We’re always disappointed when things aren’t perfect. But thousands of people spoke last night, thousands of people marched, and [there was] not a single gunshot fired by a member of law enforcement last night.”

Where was the looting and property damage that the curfew was put in place to prevent?

    Where?
The curfew is meant to keep people in their houses. Guess what it didn't do? Keep people in their houses. They were out like they always are when the government sets a curfew and doing what they do. Cities all over the country set curfews and not only are they ignored, but they have been shown to have no effect on crime.

The whole point of a curfew is to separate those intent on breaking the law from peaceful people. It is not a permanent regime. The government asks people to stay off the street to give a situation time to settle and to make it more clear for the government who the instigators are --- those who are out on the street during curfew, presumably, are up to no good.

I don't have much problem with these arrests.
So someone out on their lawn/driveway at 2AM is looking for trouble? That's the whole problem with this. These people are being peaceful, right on their own property, where they are supposed to be during a curfew. They are not out on the streets.

If I am at a relative's house because that is where I am staying, then yes it is being at home. He was at least going to be there overnight, especially since he couldn't go home that night due to the curfew. They all had to be staying there that night. So yes that is well within the intent of the curfew.

Hmmmm so everything is gov property now? If a gov declares what they did where can I go? Can they do know whatever they want? They can come in?

Yes, DemSoc. Everything is gov property. Communism. You didn't get the memo? I'm pretty sure Obama tweeted it.

Can they do know whatever they want?
Whatever they want. Absolutely anything. Ah well, when it comes to rights, the gov giveth and it taketh away. Good luck in the apocalypse.

    People are breaking the law.

government: I know, how about another law. Those people that are willing to ignore the law will obey the law now.

This reminds me of gun control.

Wow! It most certainly did keep most people in their houses.
As for no effect on crime? Bs. Were was all the looting and property damage that the mobs had been causing? Again: Where?

I'm pretty sure curfew means inside a house, not a car.
