I'm just going to say that I've been saying for a long time that the USA gained nothing by invading Iraq and that instead the invasion created a lot of new US enemies.

Mike Rogers words support what I've said many times on this and other forums.

The only country on this planet that gained anything from the USA's massive investment of lives and cash in Iraq is Iran.

    What do you think?
Personally, and imo, I've always wondered when someone is going to use a nuke or dirty bomb on the US or even possibly some European country. (though I think that the possibility of the US being targeted far more likely) Particularly since such things have a tendency to "disappear" every now and then. I also wonder what the worlds reaction will be. Hopefully its not WWIII.

But I could easily see ISIS using a nuke or dirty bomb. If they (or some other terrorist group) does end up using a nuke there is imo 3 likely targets. 1: DC. What better target than a nations capitol? That is after all where "the work" gets done and taking that out would create chaos across the country. 2: NYC. Why? Because it has 8.34 million people...and terrorists seem to LOVE targeting high population areas. Plus its the money hubbub of the US. 3: Oklahoma. Why? Because it is considered as being the heart and center of the US and getting a nuke into the middle of the US would mean that they could get a nuke anywhere into the US which could cause a panic all of its own type and be just as devastating as the other two choices.

The big winner in all US conflicts, particularly starting with Vietnam, has been the US corporations in general and the Military-Industrial Complex in specific. Trillions in profit. War is good business.
