    I rounded down.

I cannot begin to describe how unimportant a non-functional aircraft is.
What is true, is that the money would probably be better invested in other weaponry.

Like a useful replacement for the A-10.

I disagree. We have had a very small handful of Americans who have been infected with the Ebola virus. Is America the only possible source of funding?

Only? No. But we have the resources, we have the expertise, and we have the opportunity. It's a trivial sum, in the grand scheme of things.

And if we really need a selfish motive to do it, $15 million in ebola treatment buys a lot better PR than a predator drone.

Apparently they are not "selfish" enough to pull their own asses out of the stone age when people keep giving **** to them. Maybe we should let them rot, it would be a great motivator for them to change and learn to do for themselves.

We have enough useless whinny parasites demanding "entitlements" here, we don't need to add African nations to our Welfare and Obamacare rolls.

Europe or the continent of Africa cannot afford a paltry 15 million? I don't give a damn about PR. And we are already heavily involved in medical causes on that continent. We are spending billions on helping them fight HIV/AIDS. Someone else can easily step up to the plate on Ebola.

And what happens if it spreads to America?

Well you may have a point there. The moron in the white house is letting illegal immigrants in largely without medical checkups.
