America's Fed Up: Obama Approval Rating Hits All-Time Low, Poll Shows [W:256]

One could say that Reagan put in his time as a bit player until he found his starring roles, first as a Governor and then as President, whereas Obama was like the child actor who played Urkel and everything's been downhill since.

WOW way to insult Jaleel White.

That will be President Jeb soon.

Riiiiiiight....

And you were Absolutely Sure about those election polls showing Romney was going to win the night before the election too, huh?

Wait - let me guess - you also think that Democrats somehow stole the election through voter fraud, and that preventing that oh-so-real rampant voter fraud really is the reason that lay behind the voter-ID laws that disproportionately affect those who are more likely to vote Democratic....

so basicly the only thing worthy of discussion of this thread is president obama's poll numbers, and by "discussion" i mean "repeatedly rant about how awful he is?"

Apparently so. Oh, and Michelle is worse then Barak, she allowed!

Who called for the kill-joy?

Don't let a little fun get in the way of a good gripe session.

Keeping our presidency within two families does not advance democratic principles. I'm surprised a guy on the right wouldn't know this! NO MORE CLINTON'S AND NO MORE BUSH'S!!!!!

It was called the beginning of secession. Oddly, the only deaths happened during the north's withdrawl.

here is the way i see it:

the south wanted fort sumter.

the union refused because Sumter was garrisoned by union soldiers.

the confederacy assaults fort Sumter to claim it for themselves, committing an act of war against the union.

Kinda, but so what. Lines were already drawn. One skirmish with no deaths was not reason to then kill 800,000 Americans.

But according to the right that shouldn't be a problem if race is not a factor anymore right ????

No, pay attention to what I said, not the box you wish to put me in....

So Dr. Carson has no chance then?

Why would Obama's Presidency have any effect on black candidates going forward? Did Jimmy Carter ruin it for white guys?

No I don't think he does, and if you ask him, I don't think he wants to even try to run....As for the Jimmy Carter reference, nice try, but instead of trying to draw me down the false road of phony narrative, just remain truthful about what I am saying and all will be good.

Heya JMac. :2wave: Looks like they can add this Fox Poll to all his other waning poll numbers.

Does #Obama want to be pres anymore? 41% Saying “No” includes 37%Dem, 44%GOP & 47%Ind #FoxNews #poll Fox News Poll: Voters say Obama exceeded authority, but oppose impeachment | Fox News

It’s telling that almost 50 percent of Independents and more than one-third of Democrats believe President Obama has essentially thrown in the towel. That is, it’s not just Republicans contending he's grown weary of occupying the nation's most coveted political office. This is true across the political spectrum.....snip~

Actually, a guy on the right wouldn't care what a person's last name or skin colour was, only what his/her policy positions are and his/her relevant experience in preparation for the job. If the best person for the job happens to have the last name Bush, no big deal for this conservative.

Ah, a quitter...I'd buy that if I didn't know anything about the "rope a dope"....Nah...Watch out for this guy...After Nov. when he feels boxed in by losing the Senate, and not controlling the house anymore, he will redefine what exceeding his authority really means....All of this crap before then is just testing the system to see what he can get away with..

We constantly hear in here how Obama is doing such a great job from the progressive members. How when we say that the polls are against him, we are just not taking our information from the right sources, or we don't know how to read the polls....Well, here is a poll from NBC for God's sake....In all areas it seems that American's of ALL stripes are just fed up with this liar in office....

Domestically - 40% approve, 60% disapprove
Foreign policy - 30% approve 70% disapprove
Right track/Wrong track - 22% approve, 71% disapprove.....

etc...

This is clearly a contender, if not the winner of the absolute worst President this country has ever had.

My conclusion is that the consequences of the liberal / progressive agenda that the Democrats have been pushing since the last 2 years of the Bush administration to present is finally coming home to roost in the minds of the electorate, and they are most certainly not happy about it. You can see this directly in the 70% of the electorate which are saying that the country is heading in the wrong direction, so which direction has the country been heading since the last 2 years of the Bush administration? Oh yea, that'd be the liberal / progressive direction. I suppose you can consider that repudiated by the electorate now.

Also seems that the electorate has finally awoken from the 'Hope and Change' sloganeering induced apathy which was substituted for, and papered over, any more substantial policy and presidential vetting, much attributable to the Biased Lame Stream Media coverage of this president's campaigns, tingly legs and all.

This can be easily explained....its racism!!

Well, that Politico piece set him out, when he was crying to the Democrats that he didn't want to be President if they lost the Senate. So this would play hand in hand with all that pressure he is feeling.

Plus don't forget he did go to a fundraiser to tell them that those evil Republicans still call him names.

Poll: 41 Percent Say Obama No Longer Wants to Be POTUS - Daniel Doherty

I'll disagree with that poll. I think he likes being President - the good. I don't think he's thrown in the towel but I personally don't think that being a good leader was ever his goal. He wants to be worshipped, admired, coddled, respected, and all the other perks that come with the job.

The reflexive defense of this president aside, the poll shows what polling has shown throughout this president's time in office - once the bloom fell off the rose his popularity had steadily decreased until now where it has reached a point where the large majority of the people disapprove of him.

Matthews never considered that the tingly part was actually the onset of a neurological disorder and not the excitement he thought caused it. Too bad.

Did that neurological disorder affect his brain first? Or his mouth? Or both at the same time?
(Given the excrement that spews forth from his mouth that both have a part in)
