There's plenty of error on both sides, but the big error right now is in the White House. Of course, the left never makes an error, because it's the intent that counts.

There most certainly IS error on the left, and the left is in the WH now, so yes, although its not all error, anymore than it was all error when the GOP was in the WH. The difference between you and I and myself and all partisans is that I'll point it out where I see whether its on the left or right.

The error in the White House just said again today that he will act if Congress doesn't. Now, anyone who knows anything knows that the President and Congress don't share powers, they are separate. I'd like to see someone, anyone, on the left come out and state the obvious, that Obama is violating the Constitution. Those are powers that a dictator has, not a President.

Didn't the Supreme Court say something like that?

I can see Sen. McCain being against torture as a former POW. Not sure about the more hawkish Sen. Lindsey Graham though despite his military reserve status.

Actually, I just looked these two guys up, they both have 100% credibility, on THIS issue, McCain for sponsoring a bill that required following the army's field guide to interrogation techniques, and Graham for sponsoring it.

Bush fixed the terrorists by invading the wrong country. Typical Bush, what a moron!
