Well, that's the point. It's quite reasonable to look at a town of 300 innocent people and decline the operation, as he pointed out, otherwise he's no better than OBL.

In a word..Time. Drones have the ability to spend days on a target before deciding whether to fire on it.

Right, he's been gone a long time and they're stronger than ever! Have a look around.

The drone program is unethical at least and criminal at worst.

Well now we know that the embassy was deliberately targeted on the charge that they were aiding Milosevic.

Let us know if you think those 300 terrorists and terrorist supporters were worth 3,000 Americans.
Bill Clinton specifically said they were women and children. Not that that concerns you I suppose.

    Quite the opposite is true!

(CNN) -- U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan have killed far more people than the United States has acknowledged, have traumatized innocent residents and largely been ineffective, according to a new study released Tuesday.
The study by Stanford Law School and New York University's School of Law calls for a re-evaluation of the practice, saying the number of "high-level" targets killed as a percentage of total casualties is extremely low -- about 2%.
