You mean to say, you would prefer private executions to government issue?

I tend to agree with that, though, I would like to note that I have seen some studies that find that executions are more expensive than life imprisonment.

It may be more expensive to implement the death penality compared to life in prison. What could be the reason? Lawyers.

That could easily be fixed by revamping the apeal process.

It is crazy to hold a person for years on death row.

As far as the drugs. We could just put the person to sleep and one quick bullit to the head. Quick and painless.

The justice system doesn't have a requirement stating all things they carry out must have an aggregate benefit to society. Why can't the benefit be to just a portion of society?
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Anally inserted small TNT charge is very sure and and fast.

A completely separate detonator and Stick of TNT could be used orally for a redundant system.

The Condemned could be preloaded into large bio-waste disposal bin with a see-thru, domed, Blast-vented cover, for witness and easy disposal.

The shock wave of the Blast travels faster than human synapses, so it guaranteed pain free.

There's no reason to implement such a broken and expensive system if it serves no benefit.

Another botched execution. 2 hours to die. That is cruel and unusual. The death penalty needs to go.
I'm just sort of puzzled as to why they don't have a backup.

You know - if you're going to commit to it, and it's legal, and you set it all up - why not a med that is an absolute last-resort just in case?

The death penalty isn't wrong - it's the experimentation of various methods that's off the marker. But I'm not going to feel bad for someone who murdered a pregnant woman by shooting her in the stomach first.

I don't like how our country is becoming more filled with people who care more for criminals than the victims they killed.

It does serve a benefit - just not an aggregate benefit. Why not fix it if it's broken instead of removing it?

It serves no purpose, has no benefit. Why fix something dangerous, amoral, and broken?

I keep saying they ought to go back to the guillotine.
This Reform Party member thinks it is high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first and their political party further down the line. But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
